OK, so its got a modern slant to it. I simply love it. The location is great, the service is wonderful, the rooms are clean and smartly appointed. (And I was upgraded last time, yay!!!) This trip I was on business, so I hit the gym and ordered breakfast. The gym was small but it had two treadmills and some... More

I stayed in Room 2101. This was a great room, quite spacious (very by NY standards!) and had a large comfortable bed with quality linens making for a very easy nights sleep. The room had four large windows giving various views of Bryant Park and surrounding buildings. The bathroom was enormous with a full size tub, separate shower and complimentary... More

Well located boutique hotel popular with the hipster set. Small rooms, decent sized bathrooms. Basement cocktail lounge nice, but "too cool for school". Decor is spartan, workout room small. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Chic and elevated hotel. Exceptional service from front desk, to bellmen to room service. Great food options and fast room service. I even ordered a drink from the bar to my room. Spacious bathroom with robe, slippers and fabulous products. Loved my stay.

I loved the location right at Bryant Park, walking distance to theaters, shops, and sights, and near multiple subways and buses. The area felt safe even late at night. My room was large and had a gorgeous view of the park. Room decor was minimalist (in a good way) and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful. The intriguing bookstore Kinokuniya... More

I want to take the time out and just share how great of a reservation team you guys have at Bryant Park. Especially Natasha who was a major help to my needs and very knowledgeable on the things I needed answer for. Overall great staff and great vibe from everyone and I can't stop razing about the great customer service... More

An efficient and courteous staff compliment this great hotel. The location is directly across the street from Bryant Park and the subway, which makes this an ideal hotel to stay at for both couples and singles interested in exploring NYC with ease. The rooms facing the park are worth the upgrade, and the oversized bathtubs are absolutely delightful.

Excellent customer service, great location. Staff was very accommodating, made my granddaughter's 16th birthday extra special! As a frequent traveler I tend to stay at major chains for all travel; however, I would stay here anytime.. Well worth it!!. BTW concierge Sarah.......amazing!

Seamless check in. Easy walk to theater district and convenient to subway. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice view of the park. Only drawback was no bar for drinks at cocktail hour--went across street to Bryant Park Grill (no seats at the bar)-so we returned to the hotel and checked with the concierge for a recommendation-she was spot on--sent... If I had known that this is when they turn Bryant Park from ice skating to Park , I would have stayed elsewhere. Sleep is something I deem to be a requirement. Now I know New York is always noisy but trucks and forklifts and beeping and voices. Not acceptable . add to that the trucks and cars honking like... More

I am deeply sorry about the noise in the park during your stay as they deconstructed the ice skating rink. Unfortunately we don't have much control over the noise that is brought on by the changes in the park. We try to inquire but they will not give us descriptive information. I hope you could enjoy the wonderful service and... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
