The newly renovated Chandler, was disappointing, there is so much competition in NYC. They don't tell you when you book that they have a very limited kitchen and the services they provid are not equal to their stars or pricing. The staff are nice, not very sophisticated, and could use some training

My husband and myself stayed for 4 nights at this hotel the end of April 2012. It was located within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions.
