Up the escalator to the lobby you are greeted by a ceiling of green and music coming from all areas. Great energy! The rooms are small, the air conditioning is loud when it starts and shuts off but the beds are comfy. The rooftop bar, floor 15, is not to be missed. The views of the city are fantastic and... More

I love this hotel ...the style and design thought ouse out of the place ......and whilst that would set it out as a young/ hip hotel there is a good cross section of couples, young families etc that stops it being too pretentious. The outside 'common' area is magical ..spacious and relaxing with a sense of scale. It is well... More

The rooms are very small for the price. The staff is very professional and helpful. It is conveniently located to alot of things to do. No complimentary coffee in the rooms. These things didn't really bother us to much because we spent a majority of the time out enjoying our get away.

Booked a little overnight in the city with my wife and 2 young kids. Stayed in a standard room, which as others say, is very tiny. But we got a great last minute deal on the internet and knew what we were getting ourselves into. We were looking for cheap and clean and willing to compromise in other areas. That's... More

My room was a corner room on the 7th floor facing the street and the courtyard. Extremely loud. The AC was so loud as well. Like a jet engine. I'm a model I travel a lot so , I have been in hundreds hotels . The bed sheets were old, ruined and stained. The bath was old. The window sill... More

My wife and I stayed here for a night away and it was solid. As stated above, the rooms are tiny but that didn't bother us too much. It was clean and quiet. It is a very trendy hotel and tries quite hard to be so. There was a nice, international crowd which we liked and a bright, interesting lobby.... More

Ideally situated nearby Central Park, the closest subway station (Columbus circle) is only a block away and has many lines running, so it's great. Nice restaurants around, a CVS pharmacy a few feet away, handy if you need anything. As for the hotel itself: The exteriors are great, the bar and the terrace on 15th floor are really nice, the... Yes, the rooms are very small! 150 sq. ft. for a standard room. However, that said, it was a clean room and sufficient for myself and my daughter's needs. The halls are terribly decorated but I don't care, because the room was nice. The third floor business center was very nice and had 3 printers and computers for our use. We... More

This place was a little difficult to find at night, but once there it was very chic and homey. The front desk attendants were very kind and helpful (they made me forget that I was in NYC by how kind they were). Furthermore, the room was always clean and the bathroom was restocked daily. The room might be considered a... More

Breakfast is served from a hole in the wall at the side of one of the main bars. Usually I prefer to sit down and be served, especially when I'm spending $300+ on a hotel, but I can do breakfast deli-style at a push, as long as it is delicious, well organised and served quickly. Not the case here -... More
