Location was perfect if that's what your looking for right by Central Park Times Square 5th ave and broadway. The rooms are so small we wanted a hotel with good rooms and location. You can see into the shower from the bed which isn't great. When we got a room there was someone ready in it! Little noisy if your... More

Very helpful staff who worked quickly to get me what I needed. Bell boys were friendly and patient. Good options for food, bar, exercise. Rooms were small, but perfect for a business trip. The city was noisy but not a lot you can do about that. I will definitely stay here again!

I loved the vibe of this hotel. The location is far west so make sure that's the part of the city you need to be in. The front desk is AMAZING, helpful and sweet. However, the Common (their bar) is outrageously overpriced and the bartenders are flat out RUDE (and overworked - get more and NICER bar staff)!! The food... More

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Hudson! The staff all went above and beyond for everything. Our room was perfect, including the roll away cot! I will definitely consider staying there again if I'm ever in the neighbourhood again. Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed staying at the Hudson . We were a party of six and had a great time. Arriving at 2 a.m. we were welcomed and allocated rooms quickly. The rooms are not huge but very comfy bed and we spent little time in the room as we were there to see New York. The concierge guys were absolutely brilliant... More

I've stayed at the Hudson 3 times. My past two visits have been wonderful. The property is exceptionally clean and stylish and I love the decor. Upon arrival Juan was dealing with a customer escalation and was extremely professional and once we had the opportunity to work with him he was a complete gentleman. He greeted us with a smile... I used to live close to the hotel and I enjoyed the Library Bar often. I've moved away but recently attended a business meeting at the hotel. The room was small and dark. Fine, not a huge issue as I wasn't there much. However, there were chunks of the wood floor broken and worse when I finally made it to... More

Hotel was better than anticipated after reading some negative reviews. Good location, good value...rooms are tiny but for 5 days it was fine. Staff were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to couples...bathroom privacy would be an issue otherwise.

Stayed 3 nights for business. Rooms are tiny. My room had a desk lamp that didn't work, I notified the front desk and they replaced it. On night 3, the smoke alarm batteries were low, so it kept chirping loudly. Engineering did come up and fix the problem, but that seems like something preventive maintenance should have taken care of.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
