This hotel is well-located, clean, good-sized rooms, and friendly. Free water bottles and free coffee made it even better. Just steps from grand central station, which gets you anywhere in NYC! Our room was a little warm, despute a/c on lowest setting.

Best described as Motel 6 in Manhattan. Small (almost used tiny) rooms. Spartan. Good price. Great location. When budget matters, this is your hotel. Nice greetings from the front desk on arrival. You will have to reset your expectations - this is a budget hotel - then you will be fine.

Having stayed at CQ for many business trips in New York and Chicago, I knew the stay would be comfortable, quiet and relaxed. For a mid-town Manhattan location the price was reasonable and your staff most accommodating. This was my wife's first stay at CQ and she enjoyed it very much. Our thanks to Olivia and Shawn of Patrick's Restaurant.... More

Pick this place because of its proximity to Times Square. It was very close and walkable. The room was very clean and spacious. The window opened but was unneccessary because the room had an air conditioner that functioned! The bathroom was clean and modern tile work. I enjoyed the complimentary refillable water bottles located on the floor hallway. It was... More

Reasonable price hotel in the expensive New York. The hotel is basic, clean and close to everything. It is a three star hotel for business or holidays. I have stayed multiple times for a week or so. I will choose it again.

People at the front desk are very friendly. Free wifi. There is a lounge with free water, coffee, tea, soda, and snacks (such as peanuts, wasabi peas, M&M, snack mix)! Yes, the room is a bit small, but so is all other hotels in midtown. Yes the elevator is a little slow and small, but that is not a big... More

Stayed here for three nights. Rooms were clean and updated (noisy due to proximity to the elevator). The guest services are nice and very accommodating. Not a fan of the area (close to the Times Square), but if you like to stay in the area, the hotel is a decent choice.

In a great spot on 45th, it is a quick walk to ST Patricks, Bryant Park, and Times Square. There are water dispensers on the floors near the elevator, very convenient. The staff is responsive and welcoming. It is the oldest of the club quarters in the area, and the rooms are smaller and the A/C can be spotty.

I usually stay at the Club Quarters Rockefeller Center, however this past trip to NYC there was no available rooms for me there so I opted to try the Midtown location. I was not disappointed! The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early (before check-in)... More

The good: Location - convenient midtown spot. Room - mostly updated. Lounge - good spot to sit and meet. Atmosphere- small European hotel feel. The not so good: Room smell - nonsmoking room had residual smoke smell. Room size - small, guess not for Manhattan, but don't plan to stretch out. Room view - brutal. Suppose other rooms had a... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
