Had some issues checking in at 3:00, but once a new manager took over things were resolved with a smile. Rooms are small but functional. Some rooms are in better condition than others. beds are comfy, towels are soft and functional, shampoo, etc is nice so you don't have to pack those things. We really like the reusable/refillable complimentary water... More

My friends and I stayed here on my first trip to NYC. I'm in a wheelchair but we were able to make it work. Everything was tight for me like the elevator and the room but I can walk a few steps so it worked out. It was clean. We had to ask for several things but we would have... More

We booked 2 suites and a standard room to accommodate a holiday family get together in NYC. First the positives: great midtown location between 5th Ave and Times square, just a few blocks from Rock Center and Grand Central. Small, but modern lobby with a sizable lounge area behind the lobby with refreshments all day, and free wi-fi throughout the... More

Recently I had a long stay in NYC city & required accommodations that offered more than just a square hotel room. Club Quarters has nice size suites that offer a king size bed, two large screen TV's, a breakfast area and a efficiency kitchen. I was on the 16th floor with a great view of Grand Central station. If you... More

we stayed for a couples night in the city. The location is great a couple blocks off Time Square. The hotel staff were excellent from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. They have a very comfortable and large lobby bar area with coffee and tea plus a full bar and restaurant attached. The rooms are nice but really... More

Staff* is super friendly, everything is clean and location is prime. Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! But the best was the unexpected complimentary amenities. Refillable water bottles with filtered water on each floor, delicious coffee in the lobby/lounge (machine with espresso, cappuccino, cafe lattes, regular coffee, etc). When visiting the city, any added comfort is a... More

A very nice hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The rooms are clean but incredible small, really only one person can be comfortably in there. We are a family of 4 and rented 3 rooms to be confortable, I roomed with my 9 yrs old daughter and it was tough, not enough room to move. One of the only... More

We just returned home from a 4-night stay at Club Quarters Midtown. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in an excellent location to see the New York sights. We could walk every place we wanted to go. The room was clean and a very comfortable size. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When my husband forgot to pack... More

I travel to New York City very often and will now make this my hotel of choice every time. The location is in the middle of all my business needs as well as any site seeing I may want to do. All around great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
