Stayed at 414 for 4 nights in NY for NBA All Star Weekend. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Even when we had a small room snafu, they bent over backwards to help us and myself and all of my friends were accommodated. The hotel is small but extremely comfortable with great rooms and comfy beds. The location is... More

Last week we were on a business trip to Ny and we had the chance to stay at the 414 hotel. I can say it was beyond our expectations, specially because of the price. Has a great location, the room although kind of old has a very good size, excellent bed and pillows, everything is clean, the staff is incredible... More

Stayed for 4 nights in February 2015. Location - The hotel is located about 7-10 minutes from times square, so it's close but at the same time far enough from all the hustle and commotion of the times square area. there is a close by subway, and the hells kitchen area offers allot of good options for eating and drinking... Wonderful hotel in a great location in Manhattan. The night we arrived at 414 we were greeted by a friendly, warm gentleman who gave us some helpful information about the hotel and manhattan. The room is a reasonable size and simply decorated - some people have stated that it is small but I have stayed in much smaller rooms, particularly... More

We stayed at 414 Hotel for an overnighter in Manhattan. The location can't be beat. You are close to Broadway and Times Square, as well as Port Authority. Susan and the staff at 414 are so friendly. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a bottle of suds waiting for us in our room. The room was the king... More

This quaint hotel is conveniently located in Hell's Kitchen neighborhood just a block and a half from Times Square theatre district. You call walk to Al the excitement. Tons of restaurants on the streets to choose from. The hotel offer a nice happy hour of free wine with cheese and crackers. The rooms are small but understand this is the... More

I've been looking for a great place to stay in the theater district and 414 Hotel is perfect! The rooms are comfy, quiet and very well appointed and the staff is super nice. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful and there is a really homey vibe to the common room in front of the fireplace. I met quite a few... More

We just returned from our second week-long stay at the 414 Hotel. Like our first stay, this visit was perfect: great location, good prices, lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast and happy hour, gracious service, friendly and helpful staff! The only difference this year was that we were already part of the “414 family” when we walked in: we were greeted as... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
