I was upgraded to a king room and it was very spacious - I could even do yoga in the space between the bed and desk (my measure of a NYC "spacious" room). Lots of nice details: extra toothbrush, free wifi, a tiny boxy of chocolate. The lobby is just so-so, but looked like some renovations were happening. The desk... More

They need to sweat the small stuff. Toilet paper, wash cloths, soap etc without asking. They ask you if you want to reuse towels but have no towel bars in main part of bathroom--only two hooks--but one was missing. Would only call a taxi if you were going to an airport. Staff very friendly.

We visited the Dylan with family and booked two rooms- the suite as well as a regular room. The suite was really spacious and had a minimalist decor. The bathroom was a good size too. All in all our three night stay was extremely comfortable and I have no complaints. However, I daresay that it needs a bit more personality.... More

I was in Midtown for business. Thankfully, I had the evenings free and could be a tourist. The room was well suited for my business trip. Comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, and a desk. One negative is that the only accessible outlet was in the bathroom. The one on the desk didn't work. The room could use a coat of... More

We have visited New York at least 20 times, and we have always chosen 4 or 5 star hotels. Whilst the Marriott Marquis rooms were probably better, this hotel was better than any other in just about every other aspect. If you want to stay somewhere which is easily accessible from anywhere in Manhattan, this hotel is about a one... More

I stayed only a night. Got there before check in time and they didn't have a room ready so I dropped my bags to return later. When I got back later that night, they had the room ready. It was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large for a room that size. The sink was very small, though; very uncomfortable even... More

Nothing spectacular and had no rooms with two beds. Vanity was broken and TV remote didn't work. But to there credit, they brought a new remote and waived the fee for a rollaway bed but nothing special about this hotel

If you want to stay in middle of Manhattan only a block away from Central Station, this is the hotel for you. The room is average in size with nothing really special to report. The full sized beds were fairly uncomfortable, especially considering the high price of the room. The room temperature is controlled by a central air system so... More

Coming here on business on regular basis. All rooms I had are big, clean with a minibar and a coffee machine. A/C is cold in summer and hot in winter so sometime challenging but you can always open a window. Staff is great and helpful. Resturant downstairs is expensive so for a light breakfast go to Starbucks up the block.

The Eurostars Dylan Hotel, hotel in Manhattan, unites tradition and modernity exquisitely and with a contemporary elegance that captivates our guests. The building is very emblematic, first having been the residence of the Welsh writer, Dylan Thomas and later, the headquarters of the New York Pharmacists Club. The Eurostars Dylan Hotel combines the classical lounges and guest rooms of the period with ambiances and areas in contemporary design. We are a non-stop hotel, because the Big Apple never stops.
