small dark rooms, poor heating, dark bathroom, not enough electrical sockets (one to use), and very tiny workout room. paid just under $200 for room. they charge a $100 incidentals to your credit card... beware. i will not be staying here again more

Good points - central Manhattan location. Seemed clean. Staff were friendly. Not good - dark gloomy rooms (I asked to be moved which to their credit they accomodated but it wasn't much better). The air conditioning was broken and I stayed there in the middle of recent heat wave. I would expect free water or even offer to move to another hotel in NYC but they did not really bother. Plus the place is very very noisy! more

I will tell the excellent time I have at Dylan Hotel, from the chek-in to the awful chek-out, I didn´t want to go from that place. Months Ago I went to Blue Tulum, and I was shocked with the place, I thought that there are no nice hotels rounds new york, but Dylan is a nice, clean and beatiful one.... more
