I recently made 3 business trips to New York City and stayed each time at The Muse. The staff and service were excellent and the atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. I appreciate being made to feel so comfortable when away from home. I'll be back.

My daughter and I were in NYC this past week and decided to move hotels to be closer to Times Square. We were thrilled with everything about The Muse Hotel. The location is close to theaters and shopping. From the front desk to the restaurant, to the doormen, this hotel is a wonderful experience. Make sure to visit the first... More

Just got back from a weekend stay at The Muse. After having many mediocre experiences with NYC hotels we were blown away by this place. The location is phenomenal, 2minutes walk from the Time Square but on a quiet street. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was large and bed supeb. We will... We have stayed at the Muse numerous times. We love the location close to Broadway and the theatres and Broadway restaurants. It is also a short walk to 5th Avenue shops and Museum of Modern Art. The people have been extremely nice to us there. We enjoy the small restaurant for a quick bit or drinks.

Was recommended the Muse by a few friends here in Australia. Location wise it is great, a 1-2 minute walk down a fairly quiet street and you are smack bang in the centre of Time Square. The lobby has a hip, modern feel about it and the staff almost always said hello as we passed by. They are knowledgeable of... More

I had many perfect Kimpton moments but this truly was ab ultimate Kimpton experience. First is the upgrade to a suite in NYC; it was awesome decor with a dark hardwood floor entrance, leather pull out sofa bed in the front with loads of comfortable modern extras including two wall mounted flat screen televisions. The full bath included a tub,... More

I stayed at The Muse last year for a few nights when in town for work. I really enjoyed the hotel and was eager to stay there again during my latest trip. It is now my favorite hotel in the city. Why? - The rooms are luxuriously sized for NYC. I stayed in a King deluxe both times. While my... More

From booking the reservation, to setting up the surprise for our unsuspecting Bride, every staff member was above and beyond outstanding! They completely accommodated everything we could possibly ask, and all with a very friendly and welcoming flair. The rooms were sleek and beautiful, with a unique modern meets classic feel. The location was ideal, one block from Times Square,... More

Stayed at the Muse during spring break vacation. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and easy to get to when we needed to checkout from the madness of the city periodically throughout our days there.

Dear Julesvar, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We sincerely apologize about the dissatisfaction with your recent stay. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
