“Good deal during renovation with some inconveniences”

This hotel is in the midst of a big renovation. The West Tower is well ahead of the East Tower in this process, but it is very much a work in progress. “Bad Hotel”

It's a very bad hotel. Expansive for the quality. The swimming pool has cockroach, and is no so large as in the picture. No wifi free on the lobby. The room seems old, very old. It is very good located.

“Great stay, but wished wifi was free”

The hotel was fine. The apartment style room in the west tower had a great feel given I started several days. A walk-in wardrobe. A reasonable sized bath, an enormous bed and the most comfortable sofa in the world. Plus a great view, friendly staff and easy access to anywhere in Manhattan you want to go.

“Restful and quiet when you need it on business trip!”

“Impressive lobby, the rest not so much”

The lobby is gorgeous, but the room looked "tired." Needs renovation. No fridge or coffee making equipment. Lovely view, though. Service ok but not outstanding. Across the street from the UN, so if you have business there location can't be beat.
