Tribeca Grand is a super place. We were travelling with friends and wanted to experience a different area of New York as we usually stay in Midtown. The location was brilliant, we walked all over the area, little Italy Nolita, Soho, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Meatpacking and Highline. We also walked all the way to Battery park and the twin... More

I value staying at quality properties when I travel. To me this is an important part of my complete experience. The Tribeca Grand was a disappointment. The bathrooms although a decent size were in great need of renovation. The showers were moldy and lacked consistency in water pressure. The rooms were dark and the over all decor was tired(walls badly... More

We were treated like rock stars from the moment we entered the lobby until we checked out of this hip and swanky hotel. We were greeted by the upbeat and friendly desk crew and handed a glass of rose bubbly to sip while we checked-in. There was good music playing in the lounge which followed us up to our room... More

The rooms are nice, clean and contemporary. The staff is very customer focused. The restaurant is very good. The location makes it easy to walk to walk any where in Soho or Tribeca. A straight shot down Broadway! I'd love to stay again. Thank you!

We booked a trip to NYC end of September, and we choose to stay in this area as it looked more quiet than in the middle of Manhattan. The hotel welcome was very friendly, with a glass of American "Champagne". Staff is generally very customer oriented. We choose to take our breakfast outside the hotel, and went once to the... More

We just booked a standard room but on inspection it seemed very small and only had a shower. I do like a soak in a tub when on vacation so we paid extra for a room with a tub. Location of hotel is good for Soho, etc. I can see how the decor of the hotel, especially the rooms though retro... More

I came on a very rainy Saturday in the city - the endless mimosas for 2 hours were delish (and not watered down with sugar juice but a perfect balance of juice and bubbly). The food was by far the freshest and most note worthy I've come across in a hotel. This is not microwaved food type of brunch this... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Tribeca Grand in October. The location of the hotel is very convenient to all of Tribeca and Soho. Additionally the hotel is right next to a subway stop which allows easy access to all of Manhattan. The staff at the hotel were always very, very friendly - especially the bellmen. When... More

We spent 4 nights in September. This is a very good location for first time visitors to Nyc coming from J F K, as a single subway journey will bring one to canal st just around the corner. It is in a quiet location The ambience is very dark and restful. The colours in the lobby and the rooms are... More

I stay at the Tribeca Grand frequently for its location, and there's no doubt it's trendy, good looking and even fun. However, the service is consistently substandard and there is no attention to detail. Breakfast cards and laundry forms are not replaced. Turndown service happens some days, but not others. The laundry form says express service is available, but on... More
