The very best place to stay especially with your pet. Means a lot to neighborhood after taking care of everyone during 9/11.You never forget a hotel like that no matter how much time goes by.I love the Tribeca Grand.

The room was more spacious than what you would find in a average NYC hotel room. The design of the hotel itsel was very innovative and unique. The commodities are very complete and it is conveniently located next to Tribeca where you can find great restaurants. Similarly you are in a very short walk to Soho so that you can... More

Overall a good choice for Tribeca but the lighting was horrible in both the bedroom and bathroom. We had to sit on the bed by the window to get any light. It made no sense to provide so little light. Definitely would not stay again unless this is fixed.

Excellent hotel with great atmosphere - but a little pricy for us Europeans - dillar has appreciated 30% in last 12 months. Wonderful old building that has been rebuitl to a very noice hotel. Good breakfast and bar

Stayed here with six colleagues from work. We all agreed the hotel is stylish and a good value although a little tired. One of the two elevators wasn't working the entire three days we were there, and the gym was closed for renovations, although guests had access to a local Crunch gym. The rooms could use some refreshing and the... More

Very fancy. Elevators kinda old and prone to error. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very upscale clientele. VERY comfortable rooms. I don't understand why these reviews have to be at least 200 characters. I have nothing more to say. SBK out.

Great location, vibey entry - dark in nature with cool music playing in the lobby. Service was professional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, cool feel, low bed, modern bathroom and furniture. Wifi was okay, with partial cutting in and out. TV was small by today's standards, but I do not watch TV when in NYC, so it did not... More

Music in lounge is so loud at night that you can't even hear the TV. I had an early morning flight, so my night was short—very frustrating considering the price. The property itself is very nice—very clean.

Excellent roomy hotel with fabulous service. Beautiful lounge! We slept great on the beds. Top shelf stay! We drove in and it was perfect location right outside the Holland Tunnel. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed here for a business trip. The location is great and the lobby is really fun and unique. My only complaints were: there was construction going on in the lobby while I was there and one of the elevators was broken, so it took forever to get back and forth to the room. Also I am not sure... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
