Staff was fantastic friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable, the bed and linens were very nice and breakfast was fantastic. Location is great for walking the Brooklyn Bridge and East River park and a a short walk to Soho and Greenwich Village.

My partner and I stayed here three nights just before Christmas and we throughly enjoyed it. The room was very nicely presented with fantastic city views. Concierge was perfect, organising taxis, suggesting local attractions. The breakfasts were incredible, if not a little pricey, but if you're in holiday why not treat yourself!

Lovely hotel and perfect location. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Easy access to everything and the neighbourhood was really nice. Would definetly reccomend tis hotel..The bar/restaurant was also very cosy

Why the people. Especially a breakfast sever named Zwenska. She makes my breakfast magnifique - Sal makes your day as the special quest services - I life shooting a game of pool when Helen the concierge brings me tickets the Yankee and I grab cocktail at new with Brian

This is a good hotel for mixing business with pleasure. The services/facilities are just what you would expect of a well run hotel & the location is really great for downtown. The best aspects were the room size & layout. The check-in was well managed. I didn't try the food but the cocktails were good.
