I stayed in Hilton Times Square for 3 nights on a business trip in Feb 2010. Hotel is in the best place for exploring Manhattan, in the hart of Times square. Rooms are big and comfortable. I stayed in a standard room and I have no complaints. Hotel reception is located +20 floors up, so all rooms have pretty good... more

This hotel is great - fantastic service with a great concierge service to help you out whenever you're looking for somewhere to go! The hotel bar itself shuts fairly early, although being in New York, that shouldn't matter if you're really keen for a drink as there's heaps of much better locations. Clean, secure and friendly, I'd go back there... more

We stayed at the Hilton Times Square in early January for 4 nights and found the experience excellent from start to finish. The hotel is unusual in that the reception is on the 23rd floor level with the rooms above that level. This naturally gives all rooms a good 'New York' view. The ground floor lobby area is accessed /exited... more

This couldn't be in a better location. About 1 1/2 blocks from Times Square, but you'd never know it once you are in the hotel. Considering the location, the price is not unreasonable - I paid $246 ($285 with taxes). One thing that I always consider important in a hotel room is the bathroom. The towels in the hotel were... more

It did not live up to the expectations, but overall, being so close to everything was great. I am not sure it was worth the price in quality though. more

Stayed here in for my birthday & got an upgrade instantly. Hotel location is superb, two minute walk to times square, however, none of the noise from the streets below. Lots of places to eat for varying budgest around the hotel too. Hotel itself was clean and very comfortable... beds were huge! Views were pretty spectacular too. A must for... more

This hotel is just OK. I ordered room service and after being told it would take 40-50 minutes, I called up after 1.5 hours and my order hadn't been put through. After 2 hours I called to cancel - after being told THEY would call me back to confirm the order. Terrible. This hotel is in a good location on... more

We just returned from NYC and loved staying at this Hilton - it is very clean and felt like heaven after being in the hustle and bustle of the city all day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet. There are two drawbacks: The air conditioning is not turned on in the winter,... more

I was in NYC last week for business, and wasn't sure exactly where I wanted to stay. I had looked up many room reviews on trip advisor, and was turned off by reviews of dirt, mice and unhelpful people, so I wasn't sure where I would stay. I'm a bit of a picky hotel traveler- must be clean, safe, and... more
