I have been staying at this hotel regularly for many years. Ive had to come to NYC 3 times in the past 6 weeks and I stayed here, as usual. Every time I check in I feel like I am home. The staff is great. From check in with Raquel, to breakfast with Miguel to a night cap with Wolcott,... More

I travel fairly often to New York for work and also often have to take red-eye flights. Travel can be pretty wearying, but I know whenever I get to the Hilton Times Square, my travel hassles are over. This last Wednesday I took a one day trip to NYC and when I arrived from my red-eye flight I was met... More

We arrived at the hotel late and without 2 of our party who had missed their connecting flight and it refreshing to be met with a friendly face at reception! Unfortunately we didn't have a hard copy of our booking voucher but luckily had taken a photo of it before leaving and Ami, at reception was very helpful and professional... More

My wife with 3 children were dropped off under the giant Hilton sign on 42nd street. She walked in and asked guy behind the desk for help. He told her to come around to the other entrance. Problem is she had already been dropped out. Luggage and 5 year old kids - with one crying. 9:20 pm at night. Turns... More

Often stay at the Hilton due to its proximity to my office in New York. Stayed on the 44th floor this time, view as good as ever. Often reception staff have seemed a little under-attentive but was greeted wonderfully on check-in this time by Ami and all staff seemed to have upped their game on general pleasantries and warmth. Will... More

This is our second visit to this hotel and I am writing because the staff deserve kudos. No matter who we speak with we are given friendly advice and steered on a good direction. We were really pleased with our view of the Empire State Building but even more so by the staff. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, good... More

Located in the best and more traditional corner od the big apple, this "hiden" hotel has clean and nice rooms, nice gym and a very good breakfast (free for Diamond members), that has been improved recently. The staff is efficient and friendly, the services are OK. So, considering you are in the busiest N York corner, once you enter the... More

Very comfortable, nice decor and good location. For the rate they charged, ~$500/night, the service is not up to it. Very centrally located in time-square area, easy access for doing business, perfect spot for me or anyone who loves Manhattan.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
