Stayed at the Conrad on a Saturday in September. Nice modern with large guest rooms (as compared to others in NYC). Staff was helpful and pleasant. Not too much to do locally in BPC, but you are close to the World Trade Center site and Sept 11 Museum/Memorial. Close to the Hudson River and Battery Park City promenade.

Well, where to start.... Firstly, the doormen were ALL very friendly, polite and helped our every needs. I have never EVER been to a hotel where EVERYONE acknowledges your appearance. Right from the cleaners, all the way up to the management, EVERYONE greeted both me and my partner with smiles and great satisfaction. The room we stayed in was sparkling... More

We had a great stay. Room overlooking the river. Close to WTC memorial and Statue of Liberty ferries. Enjoyed a great a Thanksgiving dinner at a little place on the waterfront around the corner. Room average size for a suite but nicely appointed and the shower was just lovely. Staff pleasant.

This hotel is located in a quite and nice area of Manhattan. Great spacious rooms and the best hotel bed I ever slept in. The staff was very helpful and service minded as well. Dont forget to go up to the roof top bar with a wonderful view over Manhattan. I can really recomend Conrad.

We visited the Conrad hotel in July 2014 for my birthday. It is a nice upscale hotel with no pool. We choose this hotel for the large rooms and to learn a new neighborhood, Battery Park. Our first night was July 4 (my birthday) and we were able to watch the New Jersey fireworks from the pier which was one... More

This place was by far the best hotel I have stayed at to date. All of the staff were extremely helpful and considerate, and my room was beautiful! I will book here in the future again if I need to stay in New York City.

This review is a bit late as we stayed in July; however, we loved our stay at the Conrad. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were quiet. The shower was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable with great linens. The price was perfect. By far our favorite accommodations so far in NYC.

I came to the Conrad Hotel to attempt to have drinks at the Loopy Doopy rooftop bar. Sadly, when my friends and I arrived on a Thursday around 6pm, the rooftop was so packed we opted to just have drinks in the lobby bar instead. Obviously less stellar view since it is, yes, in the lobby, and no popsicle cocktail... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
