As others have indicated the staff is friendly and the rooms are updated / quite nice. However, this can't make up for the negatives we experienced. We just stayed there for a quick weekend trip - way off the beaten path for going to the theatre (which we were) but we weren't able to book Doubletree as originally hoped. Such soft comfy beds and sofa I have rarely experienced! Lovely suites with bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Coffee maker and microwave for take-outs and "doggie-bags".
