Fabulous hotel, impressive lobby, rooms are quite large compared to NYC hotel standards and they are clean and updated (modern look). For us, we have always stayed in Midtown hotels and I think that now this will change. For a 1st visit, maybe midtown, but staying near battery park (downtown) was more relaxing and you actually don't feel that you are... More

This hotel is a feast for the eyes. Strikingly beautiful lobby and rooms. Everything was clean and sparkling, but also quite amazing art installations. Close to the WTC site and Battery Park, really lovely.

Stayed at the Conrad New York for 4 nights on a family holiday to New York. On the positive side, the rooms are very large and we had two queens and a sofa bed which worked well when travelling with 2 teenage children. Hotel is in a good location. Downtown (only 15 min on the subway to Times Square etc)... More

I recently stayed here for 5 nights with my mom and sister. Mom wanted to see the 9/11 Memorial. Since she's 87, we didn't want anything in midtown. Something quieter, slower paced. The Conrad was perfect. Just a couple blocks from the Memorial, and close to the TriBeCa neighborhood. The motif of the hotel is modern art. Taking a taxi... More

The hotel & rooms are amazing & staying here for a week was good as there was lots of space even with 3 of us. The service is 1st class from the check in all the way through to your check out. A special thanks to Darwin who made our birthdays special. It was lovely to come back in the... More

far from the luxury they trumpet - cooling unit does not accurately service the room when suite doors are shut - and their modern electric units - complete with buttons for "desk" light - rather than switches - does not work well at all. they plugged a fridge for my infant into a non-working outlet and ruined all of his... I have stayed here a few times, both for business and lesiure. I always always very pleased with both the rooms and service. The Conrad is very conveniently located right next to Goldman Sachs offices which is the reason I first stayed there. The hotel is of top standard with large rooms and ample space (I understand it used to... More

Last week was my first time in New York City, and my husband and I were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful hotel. It's walking distance from the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park, and it has a great restaurant attached to it (Blue Smoke). I did so many wonderful things around NYC in the 4 days I was there,... More

Just returned from two nights at the Conrad hotel and really enjoyed the stay. I liked the location since it's a part of NYC that I don't often get to so there was a lot to see. Right across from the hotel's main entrance is the Irish Hunger Memorial, a park and the river ferry depot. Of course, the WTC... More

Stayed 3 nights at the Conrad and highly recommend it for a family visit. Its contemporary feel with space and design are particularly appealing. Check-in could have been more efficient, as they forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers (and so next day this took a while) but worth the wait as breakfasts were excellent. Room was spacious but the... More
