Very understated and classy. It has great views and provides easy access to all of lower Manhattan. Right across the street from WTC. This is my second stay that and they were both exceptional experiences. Would highly recommend staying there!

We've stayed in the Conrad in Downtown Manhattan a few times. Its a great getaway and a lovely hotel. The weekends are really nice as most of Downtown is quiet but there is plenty of liveliness in the evenings. The Loopy Doopy Rooftop bar of the hotel is a great place also providing an excellent view, great service and a... More

Excellent room (833). spacious, very functional, quiet, and with a very nice morning view of the river. Everything worked perfectly. Beautiful lobby, especially at night with the colored lights and art. This is the place to be in lower Manhattan.

I stayed here for a corporate event in July. The Conrad is conveniently located near the World Financial Center, and is steps from the World Trade Center. Transportation is abundant and local restaurants are varied (TriBeCa is a few blocks away by foot). I did not use a lot of the service amenities in the hotel, so I cannot comment... More

Great place to stay. The rooms have everything you need including rain shower and temperature setting in the shower stall. The Loopy Bar although a good concept, leaves much to be desired. Overly crowded, and a free for all for seating. A host would have been nice to see.

We had a free hotel night to use since we are Hilton Honors Gold members. We live in Queens and work in Manhattan, but decided for my birthday, to use our free night in lower Manhattan. I was previously here last summer for a night (with another free night reward) for my bachelorette party, and the hotel was great, so... More

Very close to One World, 9/11 museum, Soho, easy to get to JFK and to subway. Staff very friendly, (except Loopy Doopy Bar - took a while to get served and bar tenders not very friendly) Rooms great, view great across the river

I really enjoyed staying in Battery Park and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facility was modern and quiet. As a Hilton Gold Honors member, I was upgraded to a Hudson River Suite with complimentary breakfast. As you can expect from Hilton hotels, the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and larger than standard New York... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
