4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I would have given it four stars, but my room wasn't ready upon check in and the hotel staff wasn't friendly or accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful, super clean, and very modern. The location of the hotel is out of the way of all of the commotion of NYC, and I liked it for that reason. The water is... More

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel. perfect for families, We had a minor issue with one in-room dining meal, but they quickly corrected and did everything they could to make up for it. We will happily stay here again next time we are in NY!

I would never pay that usual price for this hotel. I'd much rather use that money to sight see. I did get a great deal on this hotel, so we booked it for our family of four. The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is very inviting, and the room is great. I love the sliding doors that close off the... More

Great hotel with all the luxury amenities and services we expect from a good hotel. The room is well decorated, large and cozy with a lot of features to make your stay even more perfect. Well located near the World Trade Center Memorial, Wall Street and Battery Park with subway stations and good restaurants in the neighborhood.

A nice hotel where we spent the Christmas holidays and celebrated my daughters birthday. Great location, easy to get a taxi to Times Square (20 mins depending on traffic). Concierge very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast at the hotels ATRIO restaurant is very pricey (£100 for 2 adults and 2 kids) but worth the money. Can't fault it really. What you... More

The Conrad Hotel in NYC is an amazing place to stay for a night, such a beautiful hotel. In a great spot and with great views. All the staff were pleasant to talk to. The hotel definitely keeps up with technology in every aspect.

Very clean, quiet, generously sized room with comfortable beds. Issues were (1) our room was facing directly into an office building whose inhabitants could see directly into our room (we were there for two weekdays and the weekend, so people working in the office on the Thursday and Friday that we were there could see us). Very dissapointing considering the... More

Picked this hotel over "lesser" Hilton brands and expected a high level of service. House keeping was ok, however the restaurant Atrio was poorly run and not staffed well. Extremely long wait times and service times. Additionally, there was no concierge lounge, which I found odd. The location was quiet and a bit far from the action, which I preferred... More

Loved staying at The Conrad. We didnt want to be in the hustle and bustle of Time Square and were perfectly based for exploring Brooklyn and downtown. Rooms were nice and spacious but unbeknown to us we accidentally pressed the privacy button which meant we didn't get the room cleaned for the first 2 days! Overall very nice and I... More

Very delighted of my short stay at the Conrad Hotel (business trip). Hotel staff is welcoming, pleasant and discreet. The bedroom are spacious, comfortable and very clean; my highlight would be the welcome amenities. And the fitness room that's opened 24 hours a day. I recommend highly this hotel.

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
