The hotel is in a great location, close to the World Trade Centre (Freedom Tower) in Tribeca. Its in a quiet area close to the Hudson river. Rooms are well equipped and fairly spacious. Its expensive, well what do you expect its New York, all the hotels are expensive. Staff are polite and efficient. Rooms are quite. We loved our... More

I have stayed at the Conrad several times in the past and recently stayed before a flight out to Sydney and also booked a night when I returned before heading back home. I personally like the Battery Park location as it is quieter than some other NYC areas and in the last few years more and more businesses have opened... More

Beautiful property. Lovely location. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Well maintained hotel, overall. About 20 mins walk away from Battery Park, where you can take the ferry to the Liberty Tour, from.

I generally do not stay at luxury hotels, this was a rare treat and I was not disappointed. The room was well appointed, with a dividers that could actually make three small rooms (sleeping area, bathroom, lounge area) and we felt spoiled. The staff was extremely friendly.

I stay at the Conrad Nyc fairly often, as it is next to Goldman Sachs where I sometimes consult. While I'm not a fan of the uber-modern vibe of the lobby, I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Tip: ask for a room on a higher floor with a... More

We stayed at the Conrad for several nights while in New York recently. It is a lovely modern hotel. It may be a little imposing at first, but the staff is friendly enough. Upon entering there is an imposing set of stairs, but there is an escalator on the left and there are elevators to the right that take you... More

I have stayed at this hotel for my last 2 visits to New York. The lobby is very cool and the food and drinks in the hotel lobby are delicious! I like the location and the rooms are very clean & comfortable. The beds are so cozy I almost didn't want to get out of bed to explore the city.... More

The Conrad is located in the perfect spot, right across from the Hudson River, blocks away from the 9/11 memorial and One World Trade Center. The room was spacious and trendy, the only downfall was the door connecting to the next room. I could hear the neighbors chatting, but no big deal. I will definitely be back to the Conrad... More

This is an outstanding hotel. We were pleased with our suite which overlooked the Hudson River with views of the statue of liberty and New Jersey. We enjoyed the river view with the cruise ships and water taxis.

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
