I turned up at the B&B and let myself in (now I know why they dont greet you) The first thing I smelt was urine in main corridor, which made me feel quite nauseous. I then let myself into the room, and it was tiny, and decorated in dark brown, but the picture on the internet was of a beautiful... More

Very kind personnel, patrons too ! Room (bedroom/bathroom) big enough and clean and personnalized with uncommon pieces of furniture. Very good security, we felt safe. Near one of the best subway lines, very appreciated.

I know Mont Morris has several different buildings but I stayed in a lovely brownstone. The room was clean and there were cookies waiting for me. I am very impressed with the customer service. About two weeks before my arrival I had an unexpected knee surgery and it just so happened that my room was on the third floor of... More

Mont Morris Guest House was a great place to stay. It's cheap but with great value! The rooms are very nice with a genuine charm in a lovely neighborhood. Also its close to the subway, ATMs and convenience stores. I can't say anything bad about it.

Stayed in the Triple Room, which had 3 beds, it's own backyard, kitchen with microwave. Great value. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Although the neighborhood may seem intimidating by some, Harlem isn't unsafe in my experience. Paola was great.

Just perfect. The rooms a litte bit small, but the perfect New York flair. They say the breakfast don't exist, but you get every morning, just sunday not, pastries, coffee, tea and tips for your time in New York. The tips are very important, because when it is your first time in New York, you need this tips, and don't... More

Mont Morris was a perfect plea to stay for our recent NYC vacation. Our downstairs room was spacious and eclectically decorated. It was a much larger space than we expected, especially at such a reasonable price. Checking in and out was very simple; detailed instructions were emailed to us so that we could arrive at our leisure. Upon arrival, homemade... More
