During a recent trip to NYC I decided to give the W Court a try (I usually stay at the W Times Square). Overall the hotels location is pretty good if you like a quieter neighborhood and also need to be close to Grand Central Station. I would however probably chose another area if your primary reason for going to... more

I have stayed at W - The Court on a number of occassions, and have always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable, and the suites are wonderful. I sent Sofia, the General Manager, a note prior to my stay requesting a specific room, and she was very quick to write me... more

When you judge this hotel you have to consider what are appropriate expectations for a W hotel. What you should expect: a great looking room, a cool bar, hip atmosphere. What I did like about this W were: - The rooms were larger than average, and the decor was tastful compared to other W hotels I have stayed at (Although... more

Nice hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood in NYC. 3 blocks away from Grand Central Station so its an easy walk. Not far from tourist attractions as well. This is one of the hotel that provides bigger room in NYC as well so if you want more room, this is a good choice for you. Lobby: Small but adequate. There's... more

This W has done a super job of retaining the character of the era in which the building was constructed while creating a modern and peaceful hotel. The rooms has a feeling of both the past era and of a modern flair as well. The rooms are very large for New York and the staff is great! Whether it means... more

My partner and I stayed at The Court over Memorial Weekend, 5/23-5/25. From the moment we arrived it was clear the type of service we would be receiving. We pulled up in our Cab and a staff member was already opening our door and grabbing our luggage from the trunk to help us into the Hotel. We went immediately to... more

W New York, The Court – December 2007 I know I am late in writing about this, but it took me this long to get past the money I lost on this little excursion. I Booked a Fantastic Suite in March 2007 for stay over the Christmas holiday of that same year. I adore Manhattan and was looking forward to... more

We took the red-eye to NYC from LAX, so needless to say, we were at the hotel bright and early and exhausted. We asked days prior for an early check-in and the hotel staff gave us the run-around when we got there. We asked for them to keep our luggage while we went to breakfast and walked around a bit... more

The Studio Suite we stayed in was very nice. It had a double sofa bed and a room off from it with a King Size Bed. My son found the pillows very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a coffee pot and the one didn't work, so I returned it and housekeeping brought me another... more

I have to stay in the hotel, because of my company deal. I don't have comparison with other NY hotels, but I do have comparison with other hotels across USA and Europe. The review is based on my observation after 7 weeks staying Thursday-Monday. The hotel is simply a disaster: * Rooms are very small ("spectacular" is a funny name... more
