Been there in the summer time. The hotel receptionist welcomed us very nicely, but for I don't know what reason, she charged my room twice. Didn't know then, but I find that two weeks later. After a talk to someone from my bank, everything was solved and I got back my money. Anyway, that is the only 'bad' thing I... More

We are a couple from Hong Kong and we stayed here for 3 nights from 5 to 8 July. We arrived directly from JFK airport, we took the AirTrain and then the subway E to Penn Station. It was quite a walk from there but it wasn't too bad. Korean Street was next street down so there are many Koreans... More

Loved this hotel!!! We were able to check in early, rooms were not the largest we have stayed in but for New York they were a good size.Bathroom was very modern and shower was great. Roof terrace had good view of Empire state building. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Penn station is only a few blocks away,... More

When we booked in July 2014 they failed to tell us they were closing on August 1, 2014. Since they were winding down the services, we were shorted on towels, soap & shampoo. Al a catre breakfast was not available. They location was great & the staff did their best to help.

We stayed for a NYC weekend. After browsing many hotels in the area with higher prices and all of the double rooms booked, my friend and I decided to go with a king bed here due to the price and availability. The hotel is a short walk from Penn station. There is a place for your luggage to be held... More

i've stayed here twice. it is not a special place but ideally located for it's price in the midtown in a walking distance to tourist attraction. rooms are normally sized for NY and have modern decor. service nothing to complain about with the only down side restaurant doesn't work during the day and thus they don't serve food in the... I've stayed at this location a few times and never had any mayor problems. It's in a great location, with easy walks to lots of tourist places nearby or to one of the subway stations for trips further afield. The only minor quibbles from this trip; internet was slower than the average speed in hotels *but still usable) and the... More
