Well located for all attractions walking distance to metro but near port authority bus terminal so try to book rooms on 41st side of building as noise not quite so bad. There would be no problem if there was an upgrade in the rooms to double/triple glazing. The rooms were clean and spacious but if you want cleaning services book... More

Corner apartment with views down 31st street to Madison Square Garden and Broadway down towards Maceys largest store. Apartment. had all we needed although a few home comforts in the kitchen would have been nice. Very clean and spacious. Great value for money if comparing other places. Studio apartment layout for adult son and husband worked great. Small internal operational... More

Went with the girls for my 50th birthday party. The apartments were spotless and spacious enough - we had 2 apartments between 7 of us. Location was very central, although to the left hand side there was some kind of drop in centre so walk on the other side of the road and certainly don't venture down there late at... More

We took this place as a last minute deal. They upgraded us to Junior-Suite. Apartment was huge, a lot of space. Very clean and comfortable. Location is a bit off streets, as there is Bus Terminal very close, you can see some interesting people hanging around the street. Overall experience was good. Recommended.

My husband and I stayed here 2 December 14 to 9th December 14. We were pleasantly surprised with the standard of these apartments. We did upgrade to the delux studio and was worth every penny. Yet still a fraction of the price of some nearby hotels. Having the kitchen was great for coffee and toast in the morning whilst planning... More

We were on a 10-day family pleasure trip in New York City on a tight budget. We were well placed in the center of Manhattan for a reasonable price. The apartment was very properly equipped. The communal facilities were minimal but sufficient. Wi-fi irregular in the apartment, only stable signal in the lobby. This deficiency was compensated by free coffee... More

Our room was very spacious with two beds and a kitchen. Short walk to Times Square - great location. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I took my 18 year old twins for a mother-daughter weekend. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect time!

We stayed for five nights here. We chose it because of the proximity to Broadway as we wanted to go to a show each night and be able to get home easily. It was very cheap and conveniently located. The room was basic and overlooked the port authority bus station and the neighbourhood was pretty charmless. If we weren't so... More

After reading a few negative reviews,I started to worry about booking the metro apartments. But on our arrival I was very happy with the reception and our room.(3g) Clean, tidy and comfy bed. Heating was great to come into after been out in the cold. Shower was powerful. I would definitely book the metro apartments again. They are in a great... More

Only stayed one night, but the Metro was very reasonably priced, surprisingly spacious for midtown NYC and has kitchen facilities if you need a break from endlessly eating out. We would stay there again.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
