elevators didn't work. Very annoying. I was in a very high floor. I typically stay at double tree when having to travel for business. Changed my view of Hilton big time! Please invest some resources in getting your elevators situation fixed. Not likely to come back.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and interesting landmarks. I was here on business and chose this hotel as it was close to where my 3 day workshop was located and it had an onsite restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff is very friendly. I had no... More

The reviews of the elevators are not to be dimissed. Although the staff try to address the issue it was a persistent concern causing LONG delays. I would not stay here again as a result. There are signs stating to call for assistance but the phone does not work. The restaurant is lovely, traditional Italian. The hotel did not follow... More

This hotel's location is perfect for visitors to Battery Park or Wall Street. Located right off Broadway on Stone Street, the hotel is a short walk to Battery Park and has a number of great restaurants near by on Stone Street. The rooms are tiny, but comfortable. Was not a fan of the restaurant in the hotel, but there are... More

The desk chair was terrible. the lounge chair was near end of life. The telephone handset didn't work but the speaker phone feature was working. The elevator took too long on one day. Staff did nothing to help up. We had to ride up and then down to get out of the hotel. The valet service took 30 minutes to... More

I like this hotel and have chosen it a few times because it is clean and very quiet, which is a quality I really look for in a NYC hotel. I've been in many higher-rated hotels in which I can't sleep because of the noise. This one is great that way. The one problem is that the elevators get very... More

There was a fire on the 14th floor which was handled horribly compromising everyone's safety. Had to contend with trampling over bags of trash in the fire escapes. We had even complained about the trash in the stairway on the morning BEFORE the fire and it was not removed, jeopardizing the evacuation and people's lives. Only one elevator was working... More

I have booked here numerous times over the last few years (I've probably had stays above 10 times). I started booking this property since my corporate office moved into the neighborhood and it is short walk from the property to my office. I don't have much choice if I want to be close to the office and stay at a... More

For the most part, all of my issues were well within the hotel's ability to control. My main beef is that I asked no fewer than four times for itemized receipts for the meals I had on-site. My company will not reimburse business expenses without an itemized receipt. I am sure this must be true for 99% of business travelers,... More

I stayed on the 43rd floor with a city view and could still see part of the river. Room was great for just me. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and their staff are excellent. This hotel is .3 miles away from the Wall Street subway and walking distance to the ferry's that... More
