The BEST location in NY both for business and to discover the city. Also great achitecture and service. This is the place to stay in the Big Apple. No question.

Let's face it, there's really no such thing as a good budget hotel in NYC, unless you're willing to put up with bed bugs and shady locales. The Cassa Hotel was a great hotel in a great location for a great introductory price. Get it while you can! I gave it a 3 score on value, because I believe, anywhere... More

The staff at this hotel make your stay. They always acknowledge you and seem to take a genuine interest in your plans and all they're restaurant recommendations were good, I found them very helpful, responding to requests for non feather pillows and for more hangars speedily. However one of my colleagues did have to ask for technical help with her... More

I went there last week and stayed at Cassa for 4 nights. I booked it at the beginning coz it is a new hotel and even with some of the down sides (people commented about it), it turned out my stay was fantastic! I didn't do any info search before my trip, flew in from Orlando and had absolutely no... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Cassa hotel. The hotel is a block away from Times Square, few blocks from Rockefeller Center, Empire State building, Murray Hills, and Broadway. The staff (Kevin, Albany, and Eric) was very outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Albany and Eric booked reservations for us from restaurants’ to a Broadway show. Kevin was very outgoing. Kevin helped... More

My father and I have just returned from a three night stay at the Cassa Hotel. The room was a perfect size and the staff could not have been more helpful. Only minor complaint is the lack of a bar; I was travelling with my father and it would have been nice to have ended the day with a relaxing... More

Great location, very friendly helpful staff and beautiful room. We were upgraded to larger room, which was comfortable and very quiet. Can't wait to return.

This is a nice new hotel in the middle of town. Very convenient location and nice rooms and staff. I think the hotel is still missing things it needs to be considered a 4 star hotel. I was OK with our stay since I got a great rate on Hotwire but if I had paid more I would have been... More

HIDDEN COSTS, BAD SERVICE, NO RESPONSE, ENDLESS PHONECALLS and EMAILS.......and STILL WAITING.....After booking a promo deal with Travelzoo, I was advised I would have to PAY $120 EXTRA, without TAX, to accomodate us. I can't believe that a NEW hotel would treat its customers in such a mannrer. After 6 phonecalls this morning, with the reception placing me on silent... More

The hotel is just perfect. The price is really worth. Attention is the best. Rooms are very clean. It was better than I expected. I don't have to search more hotels for my next stay at NY.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
