I got a great deal through hotwire but if I had paid full price would have been VERY upset. The location is awesome a few blocks from Times Square. The hotel is actually quiet, which is hard to find in NY and great for sleeping. There is a nice radio with an ipod docking station in the room. The shower... More

We stayed here last year. The hotel was not totally finished. It was on its soft opening. Location is very good. Its a short 3-5minutes work to times square. It is in between upper and lower manhattan. You can enjoy the busy times square but sleep at night without the hassle of noise and lights. It is opposite starbucks and... More

Checked in early in the morning and the reception accomodated us as well as upgraded our room! Nice stylish bathrooms and big lcd tv. Walking distance to all theatres as well as 5th avenue. Hardly had to take any taxis during my stay in New York. Also, the hotel looks new which is a plus. Only reason why I am... More

We stayed at the Cassa Hotel from the 3rd May 11 to 7 May 11 and enjoyed our experience. We were on our honeymoon and were upgraded to better room by the guest services manager/concierge Eric Hall. The room was of a good standard, a bit of a weird shape which made it feel a bit cramped but it was... More

We thought this hotel was really nice. The room was a little small, but it was very clean and the staff were extremely courteous. The concierge was very helpful and everyone was very friendly. It was close to Times Square and various restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to New York City.

This hotel is a winner as for location&cleaniness. Only downfall is the internet excess but it was manageable as starbuck across the road offers free WIFI. The concierge is ver helpfull, we had an offer for free wine which due to a mistake wasnt delievered up to our room till the last night we were there. However they said sorry with... More

We really enjoyed our recent trip to New York and staying at Cassa Hotel and Residences played a significant part in it. We got the hotel through Booking.com at a reasonable but under no circumstances cheap price. It is worth having a look on priceline or hotwire since the hotel is quite often offered at significantly lower prices through the... More

This was a cool, modern, clean hotel in a perfect midtown location - just a few blocks from Rock. Center. It is hands down the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at in NYC. I heard no street noise and no hallway noise (even though my room was right on W. 45th St. and right across the hall from the... More

My stay at Cassa portait as a luxury hotel has been a forgettable experience. The place has a great location but that it's as far as it goes in terms of appreciating the place. The hotel has not a breakfast room that still undergoing construction, you can have breakfast on a bar on the 10th floor that clearly cannot accommodate... More

We absolutley loved our stay at this fabulous hotel. From the minute we checked in the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby was very stylish and we really felt we were in New York. It was exactly what we had imagined it to be, and more. Our room was clean, well presented (maybe a little bit small -... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
