I stay here quite often for business. Excellent location, close to Times Square / Central Park. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small as should be expected for NYC but always clean and very well maintained. Excellent restaurant! Love this place and will continue to stay here on future business trips.

We stayed here for 4 nights last week on our first trip to NYC. I was initially quite disappointed as I emailed the hotel several weeks before I travelled to ask for a quiet room as I was travelling with my mother for her birthday and received no response. Check in was perfunctory and my first impressions were coloured by... More

Thanks to Fred and the awesome staff at Cassa we had a wonderful visit. I was with a group attending Toy Fair. We were all thrilled with the size of the rooms and the complimentary continental breakfast. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The only minor complaint was the noisy HVAC unit that cut on and off as well as... More

My husband and I enjoyed this hotel. Centrally located, the size is as expected for NYC (small but not too cramped). We didn't go to NYC to stay in the room so that was fine. :) Good service by the front desk. (stayed in 2012)

Staff very helpful and always friendly. Great bedding, which is very important. Location was just 2 blocks from Time SQ.Everything was clean and looked new. Front desk/lobby area is not large. Overall, I'd stay here again.

This hotel is in a very convenient location to everything. If you only plan to sleep and shower here this is the place for you. It is very clean. However, if you want to relax the room is small and cramped with no comfortable chair. The weather was not conducive to being outside much in February, so I found the... More

I stayed in this hotel for my 2nd trip to NYC. The first time I came to NYC I stayed in the Wellington Hotel in the middle of summer and their A/C stopped working - so I figured I would give this hotel a shot. It has a perfect location. It is very close to a couple of different subway... More

Stayed here the week of 2/2 and it was fabulous. I stayed the previous two weeks in a different hotel on the same street. Cassa's rooms were much bigger and I loved the modern decor. Bathrooms also nice sized with a good size shower and ledges to keep bath products. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only (slight) negative was... More

We stayed here for our summer trip to New York and it was in the perfect location! The room was small but lovely. The staff were very friendly and they even had a birthday cake sent up to me on my special day. We both enjoyed staying in this wonderful hotel and would certainly go back.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
