Not too many hotels in the Tribeca/ financial district. Good location for business and prices are fair. Service was ok as was food. I would come back.

Sorry--I am not accustomed to posting negative reviews but must share my terrible customer service experience at the Sheraton Tribeca as fair warning. This is a very nice property but if the hotel can get away with charging you for something, they will. I stayed here in April for a college visit to NYU with my daughter and booked another... More

The Sheraton Tribeca is a tyical business hotel suited directly at Canal Street. The rooms are not too small, the furniture is nice and the bathroom was clean. So, the objective aspects are all right. But then again, you do not have normal glasses in your room. Plastic mugs are okay for a YMCA or some low budget hotel, but... More

Stayed as a Plat for the first time last weekend with the wife. It is a 'fine' and basic hotel. I got the usual ''upgrade'' from a basic room to a club floor -- still dont really consider this an upgrade- but nevertheless. This hotel is in a great location for shopping. Next to Broadway and Soho -- some great... More

Everyone was delightful, especially David Tom. He did everything with a smile. The beds and pillows were OUTSTANDING. We slept like babies.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while she moved into the NYU dorms. It is close by, but not walkable. It is about an $8.00 taxi ride. It may be possible to take the subway, but since I was not familiar with the subway we did not bother. The check in was quick with no problems. The hotel... More

We (I mostly) travel to NYC regularly, so we are quite independent there. Great place if you love downtown: SoHo, Tibeca, etc. Walked to Ground Zero. Hotel was busy! Totally set up for convenience (2 outlets in each bedside lamp, extra little shelves in the bathroom and right inside the guest room) and very helpful staff. Obviously recently remodeled and... More

Very clean & modern hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. No problem getting refund when we had to evacuate for Irene.

This was my 1st trip to NYC and I was not expecting to receive this level of friendliness from the Staff at Sheraton Tribecca. I arrived in the hotel at about 9AM from JFK and was praying that I was going to be able check-in early since I was not feeling very well. I was greeted by this very nice... More

We planned on staying here 2 nights for multiple concerts at Governors Island and received a group rate through the band. Due to the threat of Hurricane Irene, the Saturday show was postponed, so we tried to cancel the Saturday night reservation. When I called the hotel, I kept getting patched through to their national customer service call center. Every... More
