Spacious, clean, updated rooms. Great lobby bar. Only downfall is that it's on Canal street. Overall great stay.

Just needed a place to sleep during 4 nights of fair at the Jarvitz center at 29 st. and still be close to all the parties, and cool clubs. The double rooms are big, clean and the Starbucks coffe maschine made my mornings even better. No problems getting taxies and late check out was no problem on my last day... More

We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks prior to moving into our apartment. We chose the Sheraton because it allowed dogs, was close to several subway lines, was near soho and had a good rate. The hotel has a business traveler vibe. The bar/ lounge area is not hip or trendy and the chair cushions had quite a... More

The Sheraton Tribeca is located right in the heart of Canal Street and is a good base of operations for lower Manhattan. The hotel is very clean and for NYC the rooms are a good size. Also the room rates are good, again keeping the location in mind. Excellent options to explore the island by subway or taxi. Free wi-fi... More

This is a very nice hotel - very clean and comfortable with modern decor. There was a fantastic deal online for $169 a night plus tax (a "deluxe room" - a bit larger than regular room - with a king-sized bed) and we paid an extra $10 to stay in a room with a view of the city on the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom (she was visiting me in NYC). Overall, the hotel was very clean, in a convenient location and the staff was very friendly. The room was a decent size for NYC. Other pluses: free gym, computers/wi-fi in the lobby, no bugs (I obsessively checked) One things I'd like to state for people traveling... More

We were in New York for our son's wedding and stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca, where a block of rooms had been reserved. From the numerous calls preceding the wedding to change or add reservations, to the day we checked out, we received nothing but excellent service, friendly staff and pleasant accommodations (the rooms were a little small but the... Really nice new hotel with reasonable pricing and small but functional rooms (about normal for NY, though smaller than Le Parker Meridien and other higher-priced places). Rooms were new and clean, with great hookup center for computer/dvd player into tv and nice work desk and chair. Was kindly recognized as an SPG Goldmember and got upgraded to a nice club... More

This hotel needs a company wide seminar on how to treat customers. Customer service does not exist. My husband had a business trip in New York and I tagged along for several days. He left very early Monday morning for work and I was in the hotel room by myself when I realized that the linens on the bed had... More

Cons: The rooms can be very tiny, and the elevators are frustratingly slow. The front desk ladies can be a little gruff. In the morning, the cleaning staff sometimes chattered in very loud voices right next to the door. Pros: Fantastic location! The room is pleasant and the bathroom spacious; both have updated decor. David T. was very friendly and... More
