After 20 years living in NYC we moved to MA a few years back but visit Manhattan 3-4 times a year to see friends etc. Ater several shaky experiences with VRBO, we finally decided to given this place a try and highly recommend. Mario was SO welcoming and helpful, we knew we were on the right path were longer stays... More

We stayed in the Chakra suite (at 196A Stanton Street) and had a great stay there for five nights. The building has an elevator (a must-have on our list) and the suite was attractively furnished and seemed quite new. We were at the front of the building and whilst there was some traffic noise at times, generally it was quiet... More

Great location and breakfast when the other guests don't eat it all first or take it for their other two meals. Ensure your arrival time is repeated back or you will lose half a day. Shower must run for at least 30 mins before getting warm, never gets hot. The team are welcoming, free computer is really handy.

I was looking for a great place to stay in NYC that was not a hotel chain. I wanted a place with personality, space and a good location. Sanctuary Guest Suites is all that and more. We had a two-room suite with a king and a queen bed. The beds are the best! The suite also had a full kitchen... More

We stayed here in 2012 for our first visit to New York and after a extensive search online we were recommended this place by a friend who stayed in the other complex. So after some emails back and forward from the helpful staff at the stanton street appartments we booked. From the moment we arrived we could not believe our... More

Myself, husband and 2 sixteen year old daughters stayed in the Rama suite for 4 nights and we were not disappointed! On arrival we were met by a very friendly man who showed us to our apartment. As we had arrived fairly late we decided to freshen up and go to bed and make an early start the next morning.... More

After searching for the prefect place to stay in NYC to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary,I found reviews on trip advisor about this place. I was dubious- the cost was simply too good to be true. We were not disappointed. The location is fantastic- lower east village, easy walk to subway and surrounded by cool, eclectic bars, cases and restaurants,... More

Being recommended the guest suites we had quite some expectations when arriving. And all of the expectations were met, we had a great stay. We stayed at the top floor so there were no disturbing noises for us but instead we had to exercise daily due to the lack of elevator. The main negative thing was the lack of cleaning.... More

We wanted a place to stay in a good location that did not cost the earth. This place was it. So much so we stayed here twice?!?! And we would stay again. The only downside we found was no elevator to carry your cases down when you have over shopped! The rest of what these had to offer did everything... More

We stayed in the second older building east 3rd street, found the location to be good and the room well appointed and clean with the luxury of a washer / dryer was an added bonus. This building does not have an elevator and was very noisy at times so you need to be mindful of this however I would still... More
