We were in NYC and needed to add two nights to our stay, so we found this place online and liked the look of it and its location. I received an email saying that the key was available at their office, which was in midtown and not easy to get to. We had to take a taxi there and catch... More

We and another couple rented a 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor through Woogo last weekend for a 2-night stay in New York. We heard positive things about other Woogo properties in NY, but this was definitely the exeption! After reading other TripAdvisor reviews about the place, I did not want to stay, but the other couple we traveled... More

My husband, daughter (2) and I decided to spend the long weekend in January in New York and we looking for somewhere reasonably priced in a good location. The positive aspects of this apartment was that it was in a great location on a pretty street only a couple of blocks from the subway. Having never been to New York... More

Great location, 1.5 blocks from W86th station. The photos did NOT correspond to the apartment. It was clean but the sheets are really old and have stains. OK for the price except for the fact that they do NOT have WIFI.

So I booked Presidents Day 2 nights stay at this place. Saturday 3:15 PM we come with our overnight bag expecting to see empty reasonably clean place. We find that the place have not been cleaned and the previous tenants just moved out literally minutes ago. Dirty dishes in the sink, garbage everywhere, the place looks like a movie set.... More

Arrived at this four storey walk up to two detectives investigating ‘unauthorized rental units’ in residential building. Front door of building not secure. After dropping bags, headed out for sightseeing. Returned 6 hours later to find we had been robbed. Staff on phone were cooperative enough to move us to another of their buildings, but absolutely no help has been... More

Didn't complain about the fact that the 1st apt. we were placed in had electrical issues and tv not working. We were moved and the employee on property was helpful with it. My concern is that when we checked out on Aug.18 we realized we left our gps there. We stopped back by apt. around 7pm that night and were... More

We were able to go around just like the natives, we felt very safe and comfortable. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and great shopping (go to Loehmans for incredible deals on clothing!!) and walk one block to the nearest metro station. It is not fancy, three bedrooms with one bathroom, but serves the purpose for a... More

I booked it on booking.com and gave them my AmEx card. When I arrived there in the middle of the night, it turned out that they did not accept AmEx and I had to rebook it with another card. After that it turned out that they could not let me in because the door lock was malfunctioning. When I finally... More

Short trip in New York with the ball and chain, I liked the apartment clean nice bed nice living area with a kitchenette, sleeping wasn't so easy lots of noise throughout the night not the hotels fault but still bit of a pain. In a good location near the natural history museum and subway station just around the corner you... More
