We stay at this property every time we go to NYC. This time, we had 12 rooms booked for a friends 50th birthday celebration. The hotel is amazing and so is the restaurant. Definitely one of our favorite properties in the world. Great location. BUT, the staff that work the front desk are an extremely poor representation of this Intercontinental.... More

Only two years old so it's sparkling new and unworn. Room is relatively small but this is NY afterall. Bed was terrific, bath was A-1 (no tub but great rain shower), view was spectacular, no street noise, doorman very helpful, checkin/out sort of slow, Easy access by car from Lincoln Tunnel and GW Bridge. This is my second stay and... More

The Intercontinental Times Square is a truly wonderful place to stay, and most especially if you want to be in the theater district. It's perfectly located for those who want to take in a Broadway show or two. The hotel itself is clean to the max, comfortable with great beds and wonderful staff.....simply could not ask for more. The Ca... More

Sadly after travelling through Europe in b&b's we had high expectations for this hotel which it did not live up to. I have stayed in my fair share of hotels for work and this one is way off the mark in its service. Although well appointed, the service has fallen short in our experience with our family of four. After... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are concerned about guest satisfaction and we appreciate your comments and feedback as they ultimately enable us to improve. I regret that we did not perform to our standards as we pride ourselves on offering not only an exceptional quality product but quality service. It disappoints me that your... More

Our family of four just spend the weekend at the InterContinental and it was a fabulous stay. The staff all had excellent customer service and our room was new and clean. The property was within close walking distance of much of our visit (Time's Square, Wicked, Juniors, Carmine's) and then was a longer, bit do-able walk to Central Park, Rockefeller... More

Stayed here for 2 nights a few weeks ago. The previous time that we visited NYC, we stayed at the Westin (just down the street), but unfortunately the Westin was quite disappointing; the rooms at the Westin seemed run down and poorly maintained. So this time we decided to try the Intercontinental Times Square and it did not disappoint! It... More

The intercontinental hotel is in times square. It is safe and the staff is very accomadting. The rooms were clean and as they look in the advertisement for the hotel. The bell hops were great sources of dircetions and good deals on car services. We went in January of this year and are going back next month. I could have... More

This is our 3rd stay in this hotel. The room is very comfortable and has a great view, we were staying at a corner suite. Small closet could use more hangers and the bathroom is also small but has a great shower. A full length miror would be appreciated. The only problem we incurred is that a bottle of whisky... More

What a lovely, well situated hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the door staff helped solve any issue. Stay on as high a floor as you can. Two reasons: a, the view b, manhattan is very noisy at night and the higher floor helps with sleep.

I stayed here when it was 3 months old and can I just say this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The furniture is amazing. The location is better - SO CLOSE to everything without the craziness of the W or Marriott being smack bang in the middle in Times Square. The only downside is... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
