Family holiday in New York was enhanced by staying at this hotel. Rooms were clean large and had breath taking city views. Staff were friendly efficient and helpful. There any number of dining drinking and theatre options within staggering distance. The subway is next door and walks through the city are from any direction you choose. Great choice and will... I just completed my 6th stay there (and second in two months) and I'm looking forward to returning. I like the atmosphere, which is calm (lobby isn't lick a bus station), the service has always been good, I've always had an upgrade to a nice view as an ambassador (love the corner rooms!), beds are the most comfortable I've experienced... can't fault the location or the staff - lovely room and the bed was so comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel but were spoilt for choice for the range of local restaurants and bars - and excellent free wifi too!

Stayed at this hotel during the snow storm in January 2016, so my vacation was a bit limited with everything closing down. The hotel has a very good location close to Times Square and the service was very good. Check in and check out was very quick, friendly and professional. The room was very nice, with one of the nicest... More

First off, this hotel is located in a great location. Right next door to a shake shack, and right next to the A,C,E subway entrance, you cannot beat that on a cold winter day in NYC. I booked a deluxe room, and they upgraded my room to a sky view room which was very nice. I don't have any complaints... More

Arrived Early Sunday morning to a warm welcome by the staff at the door who helped with the luggage and the friendly staff at the hotel. Always enjoy staying in this hotel, brilliant when they get it right. Lose one star for marking me as a no show even though they had my flight details.

I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Hotel in Times Square when visiting New York for a special event. The service was excellent and the concierge very helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, although I could hear a party going on somewhere nearby on the first night that kept... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
