We stayed here for 5 nights in October 2014 and could not recommend the hotel enough. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff - Kind regards to Kershika on reservations and Danny the concierge. The room was spacious, clean with incredible views of the city and the beds extremely comfortable. We did not get chance to visit the... More

It would be hard to find a better location to visit NYC's sights from as hotel is steps away from the bustle of Times Square with the subway practically next door. Great views from a sky room and high enough to be peaceful. Room was a little small for three adults but didn't spend much time in it! Bathroom and... More

Great hotel - met a delightful member of the hotel staff in the corridor called Solemny - she was by far the sweetest person i've met in New York! She was friendly and was very helpful! Made me feel very welcome!

Considering the price of this hotel, there were a few items I found disconcerting. A half drunk bottle of wine in the minibar, which took 2 days to remove, and then suddenly I had some water as well which had been missing those same 2 days. Very small room, and a $40 breakfast. Everything else is pretty much as you... More

My daughter, husband and I were extremely tired and just couldn't wait to check in and sleep. My daughter was 3 years old and we had to carry her so we were happy that the check-in was quick. As soon as we entered our room we found food on the table of old pasta. Although the room seemed tidy, someone... More

I have mixed feeling toward this hotel, we had a great stay, but the hotel is positioning itself as a luxury hotel witch, in my opinion, it is not, more a very nice business hotel ( nothing wrong with that. The check was efficient. The room is rather small ( and we had a so called " studio" the internet... More

Fancier hotel near the Hell's Kitchen/Times Square area but not in the middle of the insanity.Professional and polished check-in experience. Fast elevators. Nice rooms with very cool bathrooms. Large windows. Comfy mattresses. Overall a good stay.

Wanted to take my Indonesian wife to see some of the highlights of this country. My job at the time involved mostly travel and we were able to leverage those points into staying in some extremely nice places in Hilton Head, Chicago, Charleston, etc. This hotel was certainly in the upper echelon. Great location, wonderful room (27th floor), good staff.... More

Normally don't like staying in Times square, but this hotel was great. All of the amenities plus more. The bathroom had everything. Great water pressure and the make-up mirror was so cool.Late check outs, clean, quiet (considering location), Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a 3 generation trip this past weekend consisting of ages 10-65 to visit Manhattan to celebrate a sweet 10 year old dancers' birthday. We found the location to be easily walkable to nearly everything in Times Square/Theater district and easily accessible by subway or cab anywhere else we needed to go. The beds were perfectly comfortable (but I... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
