This is a great hotel where we stay almost every time we come to New York. My husband uses it for business and as a family, we stay as well. This time I decided to write a review about the suites at this hotel. We have stayed at the Barclay, when we needed a suite, but it was undergoing renovations.... More

I stayed at this hotel in June 2014 for three nights. At the time of checking in, I elected to upgrade to a deluxe corner room with a king bed which was a good decision. The corner rooms are located away from the (very speedy) elevators and thus don't get a lot of guest noise or foot traffic near them.... More

Stayed for a night. Spent 5 hours in the room. Beautiful in every respect . Good view of the NYC traffic. Bathroom, bed, shower - first class. But...it was the most expensive place I've stayed. I wasn't paying and maybe that's NYC prices, but whoa.

I had no real expectations for my stay at this property, but quickly found myself pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail that has gone into the aesthetics throughout the hotel. The standard sleeping rooms are immaculate and very nicely appointed. The bathroom was my favorite element of the room--beautiful blue tile with matching accent towels, huge walk-in shower with... This is a nice modern hotel. The location is fantastic with the hotel being right next to a subway station and just a few minutes walk to Times Square. The room is as I would expect to find in an Intercontinental Hotel. Modern and clean with a large walk in shower and rainforest shower head. Wifi is free if you... More

Excellent hotel. The rooms and the hotel itself are very modern. The location is excellent, being only a 5 minute walk from Times Square and having a subway station right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet and modern. Would highly recommend if staying in NYC.

Great place to stay in nyc. Near the subway and many attractions in midtown but out of the way enough to be quiet for sleeping. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Although I told my daughter not to touch the stuff in the mini bar she took everything out to explore it on a... More

Dear DanandKarenR: Thank you for your 5-star review! We are delighted that your family enjoyed your recent stay. The automated minibars are very convenient, but understandably very fascinating for our younger guests. We are glad to hear our Front Desk was able to solve the error quickly. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Warm regards, Executive Office More

Since your in midtown its easy access to places you want to visit whether its on uptown are or downtown area ( theres a nearby subway). This is a tourist area so expect that the street is packed... Excellent, clean and friendly. It was a great stay and highly recommended. I had a corner room on a high floor facing the river, the sunsets were amazing. Good food, drinks and service. All the staff were helpful including last minute car to the airport.

This is the third time I have been a guest at the InterContinental in NYC, Times Square. Each time, my expectations are surpassed and my experiences positively solidified. I returned from Europe to spend time with my children and decided to stay at this location to be centrally located to the theatres in the district. Upon arrival, my vehicle was... More
