I stayed here for business. The hotel is nice, the room is decent sized. You can order takeout from local restaurants and they will charge it to your room and deliver to your door. I really liked being in the wall street area - felt less touristy.

We stayed two nights for a transit flight to Iceland. The location was quiet considering NYC. We got a nice balcony view of the WTC memorial which looks stunning. The rooms were tidy and modern. Coffee machine too. We liked the free self serve water bottle machine. Restaurant upstairs served nice food with a view. There is a trendy bar... More

This is a boutique hotel next to the World Trade Center. The rooms are ultra modern and well appointed but on the small side. You are a short walk to TriBeCa and other attractions. The roof bar is second to none. I recommend this place for reasonable priced accommodation in the city.

Here for 4 nights and a bit of U2 New York City style. Back at the Club Quarters WTC and could not be happier. Service is unmatched and a big kudos to Albert for going above and beyond on the customer service side of things. Room clean as usual. Nice terrace on the 12th floor overlooking the ever changing WTC... More

If you want to be in the Wall Street area you can't beat Club Quarters for price and valuable amenities; filtered water, wifi, snacks, soft drinks and 24 hr fitness center made this a perfect HQ for our NYC excursion.

We have stayed there for almost a week. The location of the hotel is great: the subway is just around the corner, new World trade center is 10 minutes away, Brooklyn bridge, shops, restaurants are close by as well. Staff could be more friendly though. Never picked up the phone when we tried to call to reception, and when I... More

This hotel has a great location. Our room had a direct view of the World Trade Center Memorial and new towers. The room is ok but the only thing we didn't liked was the bed. It had a rock hard matress, very incomfortable. That's why I'm giving it an average rating.

This hotel was reasonably priced for NY, but I had to pay the non-refundable cost of the room when I made the reservation. The room was clean and moderate in size, but adequate for two. The best feature of this hotel is its location, in the financial district, adjacent the 9-11 museum. Views from a very-good restaurant on the top... More

For sure this is a good option for business travellers due to location, but we stayed here as a family and it worked out very well. The kitchenette was perfect for our breakfasts prior to hitting the town on our big sightseeing days. Close to lots of different subway lines (red and yellow specifically) Also enjoyed the bottled water (like... More

This hotel was located in a beautiful spot an the view from the roof is amazing. We had problems getting service. The amenities were also great but again the service was overshadowing the experience. Would not stay again.
