Overall a very good hotel and cheaper than everything around. I had actually booked for "world center hotel' but actually these two hotels are the same (with two different doors). Rooms are small but very functional. You can actually see the world trade center site if you are on the higher floors, I was on the 6th floor and couldn't... More

Club Quarters is the GO-TO place for me, my family and my friends. I live in the city, but I am not from here, so I have tons of family and friends that visit and OFTEN. I not only want them to have a beautiful place to stay in an impressive location, but I also want the experience to be... More

Very nice NYC hotel. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We almost checked into the nearby Wall Street CQ by mistake. So glad we didn't. Front desk at WS site had significant attitude problem. Snapped at guest for reporting coffee machine empty, and paid no attention to airline co-pilot who reported low water pressure and no hot water. The World Trade... More

This is my second trip to the Club Quarters Word Trade Center and I was not disappointed. Both times, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the Restaurant/Bar on the top floor has an amazing view the financial district and One World Trade Center, and Lenny, the bartender, makes superb cocktails. Lenny's bar tending was... More

All the comforts of a big hotel chain with a cozy boutique feel! First let me say that we stayed at the world trade center location and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Mary. We told her we would only be staying the night and needed to check in early and check out late. without hesitation she... More

NYC does its best to suck out every bit of penny you have in your pocket but sometimes you get lucky and get great guest service for that money. This was my first time staying at a Club Quarters. I actually never heard of them before as I usually stay at the big chain hotels. I am that annoying guest... More

We stayed here for the weekend and was highly impressed. The staff members are very polite, and the place is really clean. You have to use your room key operate the elevator. Once you get off the elevator, the floor reminds you of small apartments but niiiiice. The location is a plus, the places surrounding is a plus and the... More

Horrible, unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful, call it whatever you want; those 2 guys at the reception Ley and Anthony are just our if control and will turn your stay a nightmare till last minute, e g. charging an extra for 30 minutes late check out! Run far from there!!

This hotel has been accommodating since the moment I checked in. The staff here has been very welcoming and friendly. They don't make you miss home at all. They made sure everything was in place and I had everything I needed, especially Mary. She helped me from the check in and to my check out; making sure my stay was... More

I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for 6 nights, they upgraded me to a large room with a kitchen with no fee. I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. I really like the location right by the world trade center. It very convenience, the stores and the subways a couple of steps away. And there... More
