Great location in Financial District. Great view of 9/11 Memorial from 20th floor. Staff are very helpful and so nice. 3 subway lines are close by. Also on 20th floor is sun deck with tables and chairs to sit and relax. Coffee and snacks like nuts, M&M, banana chips in the lobby. Self bottled water on every floor.

Good location, hard bed, asked twice for an extra pillow, then said one would be sent right up. It took a while, but one was brought. Great view from hotel roof. Parking was about 1-2 blocks away, and garage attendant were slow to assist.

Business trip turned personal trip. Really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. They arranged a car service to take me to the airport, I didn't even have to think about it. As mentioned in other posts, their rooms are small, but my goal when visiting a new city is to spend as little time... More

We stayed memorial day weekend Check in was easy we arrived at 11:00 am room was ready (thankfully) it was a Friday. The room was very small but so are most of the hotel rooms in NYC. The location was quiet and within walking distance to Battery Park, 911 Museum , China Town , Little Italy and anything you need.... More

I work in hospitality (and have never written a hotel review...but this place deserves it!) I must say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! It was the perfect location for all the sightseeing we had planned and was right around the corner from a fantastic bar we visited almost every night we were there. We... More

Small rooms in a big location. The rooms at the club quarters are small but clean and very nice. This hotel is all about location. You have all of the space you need. Close to walstreet and the financial district. Steps from the 911 memorial, and a good spot to start from.

I stay here about once a month. Good space and a great value for midtown. The front desk and Terrace Club staff are wonderful and take the time to listen. My only complaint is that the cleaners make frequent mistakes - e.g, not replacing coffees and creamers, leaving cleaning cloths in the room, or forgetting to replace toilet paper.

Needed a hotel close to family..I Liked this one a lot..The Room was small but included everything. Easy walk to a lot of things..Clean, cozy and friendly...Great price for new York..The World Trade Center was literally right out the door , so if the construction would bother you then this would not be a good choice, but I don't recall... Great hotel, great rooms, but the terrace makes it! Terrace has amazing views and a great bar to relax. Top of the line coffee in the lounge is great for meeting up in the morning. The rooms are modern and all have great views. Hard to go wrong with this place.

My fiancé and I spent a week in Manhattan and stayed at CQ. We arrived a little bit earlier than expected and had no problem getting an early check in. Our room was alright; it was kinda small, but then again we were in Manhattan. The view from our room was quite nice, overlooking the WTC. We asked a young... More
