Located two blocks from Times Square, this is a terrific upscale place to stay for business or vacation! Steve has the best personality and customer service approach to work at any front desk on the Atlantic coast. The club room, equipped with computers and a printer, a gourmet coffee machine, and seltzer water on tap provide an excellent place for... More

Stayed here 4 times the past few years along with World Trade Hotel. Love both of them as they are interchangeable. Free water in the hallways in always a nice touch. Location is great as it is near everything. Some rooms will overlook the memorial which is nice. Room is always clean. A bit on the smaller side but perfect... More

I stayed here last week. It's conveniently located near Wall Street tube station, Fulton Street and Cortlandt Street. All within 5-10 mins walking. It's also near Century 21 which is convenient for some cheap shopping! It's located on the door step of the 9/11 memorials. It's 30 min walk to statue of liberty ferry station and 20 minute walk to... More

It is very close to battery park, good grocery around, restaurant and pubs. But Too much noice during the night coming from the big air conditioning system in adjacent buildings. I and my wife cannot sleep for the whole night.

Hotel is well appointed, clean and staffed with cheerful and helpful employees. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the 9/11 Museum and Freedom Tower. Our room was small, but this is NYC where rooms tend to be small. Prepaid room was over $550 for two nights, but I guess it is average for the City. The hotel restaurant had... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The service is no better than what you get at other hotels. The staff are generally friendly. The breakfast is not varied enough. I had the same breakfast for four days and then got fed up and went somewhere else for a change. The roon is rather small but very clean.... More

The hotel is small but very clean. The staff was wonderful and the valet was great. We did not eat in the restaurant, The menu wasn't all that interesting to us. But we did use the phone charging station and sipped complementary soda in the lobby. Our room did not have a much of view but all in all everything... More

Stayed for a week roughly in July and then returned for a week in August. I still think the price is too high for me personally for what you get. But it's clean and functional and perfect distance to my work. I was weighing to give a overall 4 this time since I had no larger issues with my rooms.... More
