6 night stay June-July 2015 for group of 3. Superior level room with one queen and one pull out couch, well appointed with microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and spectacular 15th floor window wall view of 911 reflecting pools and World Trade Center One building. Small, but extremely efficient with fairly spacious closet for clothes, 2 TVs/monitors with pull-down tray... More

My family and I stayed at Club Quarters, World Trade Center in late June. We had too rooms and the rooms are small but organized. The hotel location is convenient as well. Most of hotel staff treated us nicely and provided good services when we checked in and during our stay. However, when we checked out and picked up our... More

I arrived at Club Quarters WTC at around 1am on June 28th and the check-in was as smooth as it can be. The room and bathroom were small, functional, not too luxurious but very neat and clean. The floor-to-ceiling window from room 1815 on the 18th floor offered good views of the surrounding skyscrapers and the construction site below. The... More

All the little details ADD Up!!! Room is small - but you don't feel claustrophobic. View of Hudson. Loved the small book shelf and books - if we had our kids with us - they would have been using that dictionary :) Bathroom is sorta big - long. shower, no tub. Water temp great. Water bottle stations on each floor... More

Hard to find, lots of one-way streets and construction detours but they do have valet parking once you find it! The hallways are claustrophobic and sweltering hot, and the room temperature was hard to control but what a great place to stay. Really good lobby area with lots of seating and access to outlets, 4 or 5 pc workstations if... More

Cons: Worst check-in experience! --Because only my husband's name appeared on the prepaid room I was not able to check in without him. Husband was not scheduled to arrive at hotel till 8 pm and I wanted to check-in at 1:00 pm! Finally resolved after an hour of phone calls and a fax. -Supervisor could barely keep his eyes open.... Not Sur I even want to share this cause I'm tempted to keep this hidden gem to myself ...but they deserve the recognition. Quiet, immaculate, filled with freebies like wifi that works, laundry (with soap!), distilled water (even carbonated), lattes... The list goes on. Service was terrific, the rooftop restaurant including the espresso creme brule was also fantastic. We'll be... More

This was a great hotel to stay at. Room was small but location was perfect for being in the main area. So close to Times Square and theatres. Tv wasn't working .. They replaced it immediately. Very helpful and courteous staff. We would definitely return.

Possibly the best overall hotel experience I've had in 40 years. No, I've never stayed at The Ritz or The Pierre, but on a bang for the buck basis, my experience was exemplary. Service Manager Franz Bauer and associate Lai made sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. We were comped breakfasts for a minor delay... More

I have always thought club quarters is the best deal in the best location you can find. The rooms were great, the view from the top floor was absolutely amazing into the 9/11 memorial area and reflecting pools. Highly recommend.
