Enjoyed the room (I had a suite). Great location. I liked the bottled water stations, rooftop restaurant and staff were friendly, informed and helpful. I would stay here again And recommend it to others.

WHAT'S NOT GOOD: - Extremely SMALL ROOMS for the price you pay - No place to even rest a CARRY-ON - Hardly any place to move around in the room (much tougher if a couple stay) - No Ironing Board or Iron (hardly any place even for a person, no wonder) - Extremely impersonal Customer Service (average at best) DETAILS... I could not speak highly enough of this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff Mary was very attentive. Location is perfect, just a few steps from WTC & Wholefoods Market. Rooms were very comfortable and appreciated the free water bottles in our room every day. Can not wait to go back again!

This hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent. As is typical for Club Quarters Hotels, there is free bottled water on each floor, and each room has a coffee machine. The lobby has a refrigerator with free sodas and a nice coffee machine, with espresso and cappuccino. There are also always fruit and granola bars available in the... More

Highly recommend a trip to the 20th floor restaurant/bar. Our bartender Chase Gong provided great service and excellent cocktails for us. He contributed greatly to our evening. The hotel is in a great location and we plan on returning when business or pleasure calls for a return trip to NYC.

We had a suite overlooking freedom tower and the WTC memorial in the 17th floor. This hotel oozed the wow factor... the view was amazing and we had a corner suite with seperate lounge/kitchnette area. Floor to Ceiling windows allowed us to just immerse ourselves in the buzz of new york. This is a MUST STAY place with good location... More
