Stayed for one night over the weekend. Neighborhood was soooo active. Our room was on a high floor in the back and was very quiet. Room was small and clean. Staff was wonderful. Thought it was a little expensive for the space provided but, I'll cope.

Rooms were clean and well kept; because our room faced away from street, also quiet, very nice. Only complaint was the 2-bed room was MINISCULE and difficult for two people to move around in.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Positive aspects: clean room, good location (1 block away from subway station Delancey/Essex), friendly and helpful staff, free Wi-fi. Neighborhood is safe and has many trendy restaurants/bars. Negative aspects: Noisy at night because of surrounding bars/clubs, would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. Shower wasn't great: partially... More

The rooms were clean and nice. The rooms were small but you aren't there to host a dinner party. The staff was very helpful. We ran out for a six-pack to drink and upon our return, they asked if we needed a bottle opener and let us use theirs until we were done. Gave us suggestions on where to eat... More

I would like to give 3.5. The property is new so it is modern and very clean inside. Rooms magically cleaned even I left the hotel only after noon. Flat screen TV with lots of channels. Wireless Internet works. Hot water and decent shower. There is a simple breakfast in a small windowless room but I would really recommend you... More

We stayed here for one night and the hotel was OK but nothing great. It was clean and the people at the front desk were friendly. The room was very small and since our room was facing the street, it was quite loud until the wee hours of the morning with street noises plus there is a bar right next... More

It is a small hotel with in a very central and lively neighbourhood. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and everything else you can think, including supermarkets and laundries, just two steps away. In the late afternoon and evening, there is a young crowd on the streets, drinking and talking in front to the bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood... More

My partner and I stayed in this hotel recently and it was perfect for us. It is right in the heart of the LES, close to Brooklyn and a stone's throw from Greenwich Village, Soho etc. But best of all the people were fantastic from the moment we arrived to the time we left. They went out of their way... More

I brought a group of students and the hotel made our experience so pleasant and affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing -- you are right in the middle of a wonderful, lively neighborhood with everything you need only steps away -- laundry, groceries, restaurants. And it was much less expensive than anything comparable!!

The hotel is a small hotel but is very clean and the room was a good size for 2 full beds. the bathroom was also a good size and very clean. I would reccomend this... More
