We spent a long weekend at the Crosby Street Hotel. It was a splurge but we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay at a very special hotel. We have stayed at other Firmdale hotels in London so our expectations were high. The Crosby Street exceeded our high expectations. The rooms are beautiful. They have large, floor to ceiling... More

The first thing that happened when we arrived at the Crosby Street Hotel epitomised the entire stay. Having caught a train down from Boston to New York we were dragging heavy suitcases down Crosby Street towards the hotel. From more than 100 metres away one of the concierge's (Mark) ran down and across the road to us and breathlessly asked... More

Stayed in the meadows suite overlooking a fantastic private garden and terrace. Everything at this hotel was perfection, from the location to the staff. The design makes art part of the experience. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby and will certainly try the beautiful restaurant next visit.

Awesome hotel with outstanding service and great rooms. Breakfast was amazing and loved the gym. Great and sufficient. equipment. If there was any negative Frederick at Concierge made you feel like he was doing you a Favour when you asked for assistance. He was definitely an exception as the staff in all areas were superb.

Great hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and lovely amenities. Big comfy beds and bathrooms. Our room had a huge window with great views over Soho and is in a perfect location to take advantage of the downtown areas of Soho, Little Italy, ChinaTown, Tribeca and East Village. A great special occasion hotel. Lovely bar at the hotel with a great... More

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel at the beginning of April. It is situated in the Soho part of New York that is home to a huge selection of great bars , Restuarants and shops. Once inside the hotel it is hard not to be hugely impressed by the wonderfully eclectic mix of furniture and wall hangings. There is... More

The hotel is beautiful - as are all of the Firmdale Kit Kemp designed hotels. Location is great - tucked away in a quiet corner of Soho but accessible to everything. I am a fan of this "chain" - the properties are always located in interesting buildings in interesting neighbourhoods and The Crosby is no exception. Have stayed in 3... More

I was only at the Crosby Street Hotel for a few short hours nannying for a visiting family but the hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms in the junior suite I was in were beautiful and the decor was to to die for. I'd love to come back and enjoy the luxury for longer!

This hotel is where you go if you want to enjoy a special occasion. The best word I can think of to define the Crosby Street Hotel is 'generous'. And generous without being excessive. Bathrobes that wrap you in a warm hug, towels to disappear into. Soft, sumptuous beds. Large, light filled windows, and amenities stacked to the ceiling. I've... More

Staying in SoHo

Neighborhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York, SoHo is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway is teeming with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district – the world’s largest collection of intricate and elegant cast-iron architecture. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city.
