We stayed here for 5 nights last week, when over for my wifes birthday. It's an all round great hotel. The location is ideal for 5th, Central Park, subway etc. The room was beautiful, probably the nicest we've ever stayed in NYC. The main differential though was the staff. Every single one of them couldn't do enough for you -... More

I can’t give a great rating to a hotel based just on its great location, stylish design, and friendliness, if I can’t also get a good night of sleep. I loved everything about the Chambers Hotel, except for the bed. The mattress and pillows were too firm (OK, that is a personal taste…), but there was also something under the... More

My husband and I just came home to Denmark after a week at this lovely hotel. We had room nr. 63 on the 6th floor - a quiet, nice, modern and very comfortable room with a super terrace, even at this time of the year. What surprised us most was how peaceful and silent it was, even though the location... More

I spent five days at the hotel with my husband. We had a very nice and well furnished room, with excellent internet connection. There is a bar downstairs where we could get tea or coffee every morning for free. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel is a very nice... Stayed here one night on business. The location is perfect! Right off 5th ave and within walking distante to Times squadre, Rockefeller center and the Empire State building. The staff, in particular Jose, was excellent. Very welcoming, informative and attentive. Everyone else we spoke with was also warm and helpful. The hotel room itself needed some improvements, it seemed a... More

Dear LadyNakMuay, Thank you very kindly for your recognizing Jose, a gem among doormen, and all our other staff. It is greatly appreciated as each and every one contributes to the sense of well being and hospitality that makes Chambers such a pleasure to come home to. My first time at this hotel and I will absolutely stay here next time. Robert greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got checked in and delivered our luggage when the rooms became available. We traveled with another couple and all of us thought every employee was delightful, we truly felt they must have had some kind of... More

Located in Midtown Manhattan close to Central Park, Chambers hotel offers luxurious accommodation in modern design. We had a Corner King room which was nicely decorated and very stylish with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

Hello CarlaColumna123, Thank you very much for the recognition and for sharing it via TripAdvisor. In all events, we think all of Chambers is a jewel box and we'll be delighted to help you explore for... More

If you like boutique hotels who focus on service... this is your place. Chambers Hotel oozes hip, but without the pretentiousness that usually goes with hipness. Every staff member seemed to be very happy we were there, and willing to do anything they could to make our stay more comfortable. Complimentary New Yorker magazines and coffee from the Milk Bar... We stayed at Chambers Hotel because it was the weekend of our wedding so we also used it as a hotel location for our wedding guests. We stayed in the DUPLEX SUITE and the space was incredible. The location was perfect as well. The hotel staff were amazing and they were very helpful to us and our guests.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
