The hotel is very good when thinking to stay on business. It's well localized just in front of Madison Pq so you can go anywhere very easy by taxi or metro. It also has nice rooms with the basic that a hotel must have. As a plus, their bathrooms have LCD Tvs inside the Mirror, so it is fun. Toshi's... More

I stayed in the Flatiron Hotel in the first week of January...What can I say, the Hotel looks really nice and buzzing all around, the girl at the reception was really friendly and comfortable and she was always with a nice smile. The room was big me and my friend we had 2 massive bed and plenty of space all... More

I had friends coming into town and booked them at a Hotel in the Flatiron area. Unfortunately the place was not able to accommodate my guests, which meant that I had to find a comparable Hotel in the area on a Saturday night. Not an easy task, as you can imagine. I called the Flatiron Hotel and a gentleman by... More

We stayed in Flatiron hotel over Christmas . Very disappointed with the room, the carpet was so filthy looked like payment outside. Also very noisy, did not sleep for 4 nights. Bathroom did not have a bath and was super small. Staff was friendly, good location, but overall very disappointing. Never been to a hotel with such dirty carpet, would... More

My mother and I stayed at the flat iron on Christmas , we came to visit my sister who lives in New York. The entire experience was great!!! The doorman Angelo was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming!! He invited us down for a glass of wine and was very engaging . He introduced us to other hotel guests and we... More

I reserved a room for a not-completely-bargain rate on an online website. I checked in and the desk clerk said to one of the bellhops, apropos of nothing, 'He's on the third floor'. The bellhop didn't offer to take my bags and I knew I was a marked man. Sure enough, the floor of the third floor is the ceiling... More

We were in town on business for 3 days and we stayed at the Flatiron for the last night in NYC. It was convenient and accessible. The rooms were spotless and hi tech, but were a tad on the small side , but considering it is NYC, quite understandable. The hotel has it's own special personality, with bands playing nightly... Just back from an annual Girls Trip and spent two nights here. We were NOT impressed. We were billed over $500 per night-a total of$1400 with valet parking and taxes-for a shoddy hotel lacking any real amenities. CRAZY!! My friend swore this was not the rate she booked but did not have paperwork evidence. The people at the front desk... More

Rooms are larger than most NYC hotel rooms! They are clean and designed with a modern flair. Enjoyed the electric curtains and the three options for the shower (although I did have to contact the front desk to figure out how to turn it on). We stayed one night to celebrate my nieces birthday, it is close to great night... More

Although rooms are not large (but fine by NYC standards), mine was spotlessly clean, the high floor (6) meant I wasn't bothered by street noise or by the loud music on the ground floor. The location is great, close to Union Square, Eataly, City Bakery and a Starbucks across the street. My kudos to the young, friendly staff, eager to... More
