I stayed at the Flatiron Hotel in mid-July and was appalled by how many problems I ran into. I was traveling with a group of people, coworkers and friends. It seemed that each room had an issue. The AC wouldn't work, the shower had major issues, and the staff disappeared half the time. I was disappointed at the lack of... More

I had the pleasure of staying in this very unique hotel. Only compliant was that my tv reception was poor but otherwise a fantastic property at a very good price. The lounge area has bands every night which are amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to New York City.

I don't know about anyone else but if customer service is great then I'm happy to overlook more minor detractions! So the carpet in the room was a little shabby and the wifi didn't work for the first day, but to be honest they are minor drawbacks in an otherwise very positive experience. The staff here were so friendly and... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel last month. It is a beautiful boutique and personable hotel centally located and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are a good size and they have great live entertainment. The main attraction definitely the staff! They simply cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Kendra at the front... More

This is a decent hotel located near transportation, restaurants, etc. The marble bathroom was beautifully appointed, with cool gadgets like a TV mirror, interesting lighting and a gleaming tub and shower. The queen room was about 10 X 16 with high ceilings, nice bedding, and about 12 feet of windows. It could have used a clock, functioning wake-up call system,... More

Considering the incredible location of this hotel, close to subways, eateries, Madison a Square Park and coffee shops, the price for the rooms is really great. The room size is reasonable and is kept clean. The bathroom is incredible kitted out with a spa type shower and a tv. The noise from the bar downstairs wasn't an issue for us,... More

One night stay turned into 2. Had lost a member of my party and had to stay another night. Samantha who worked the late night front desk was amazing and was so concerned and helpful. We contacted each other a few times thru the ordeal and it ended up tuning into a hug once he was located. Benz was also... More

You can't beat the location of the Flatiron. It is close to the subway, coffee shops, great restaurants and Madison Square Park. Make sure to visit the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park. The front desk and bellman staff were outstanding, especially Leo and Alex. They were friendly and helpful. The negatives of the Flatiron are the noise from the... More

We stayed here for a five day trip to NYC. It is very pretty and comfortable rooms, but tge staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time we asked for a restaurant suggestion or advice about how best to go somewhere they were so happy to help.
