Yes, it's a nice, clean hotel. Front desk staff were ok, nothing exceptional. Needed help with printing from iPad, she pushed the same buttons that I did on the printer and walked away. I eventually figured out the trick and was successful, no help from her. Housekeeping forgot toiletries when we arrived. Had to call and have some brought up... More

We stayed there twice within the last couple of months. Both times we got an upgrade on the room accommodations. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The spot where the hotel is right across from what was the World Trade Center. At night, the whole area is lit up beautifully! We will be back at the end of this... More

Hotel is in a great location downtown. It is no frills but has excellent service. The internet is very fast, which I appreciated. There also is a very nice rooftop deck, and the hotel restaurant is good.

We loved our stay at Club Quarters World Trade Center. With friends living near by it was the perfect location to set up camp. We were given a comp upgrade with a pullout couch in a small room which made our stay so comfortable. Traveling with a baby, the kitchenette was necessary. It was spacious, had lots of storage and... We've just had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a great location beside the 9/11 memorial, minutes from Battery Park, The Hudson River and from the subway. Our room was great, very clean, good size and with a fantastic view of the memorial fountains. The staff are absolutely amazing, Franz at the front desk was very... More

We stayed in the World Center Hotel for 5 nights over Easter. Mary checked us in and was so efficient, quick and helpful that it was a great start to our holidays. Room was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The coffee machine and fridge an extra bonus, as was the bottled water available on every floor.... More

I was reluctant about this hotel at first, the pictures looked like the hotel was quite old and had small rooms. We were traveling with a four month old baby and wanted something in the fiDi area, which was comfortable for a 7 night stay. Service and people are what make the difference in this hotel. I Don't have words... More

I would definitely stay here again. I had room 1605, a 'Superior Room with View." The room was new and clean, the decor was modern and the lighting was more than adequate and not harsh. I believe I was upgraded from a Club Room by the desk receptionist (luck pr because I was a first time guest?) The room was... More

The location of the this hotel is perfect if you plan to visit the 9/11 Memorial and lower Manhattan. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, so it's a little tricky to get to if you are making your way on foot from the Subway (Greenwich to Albany to Washington). To sum up the character of the hotel,... More

My husband, myself and sister and brother in law spent a 3 day weekend in NYC. The last day of our trip was lower Manhattan. After leaving Ellis Island, we realized our car was locked in a garage that had closed for the night. Stranded and not knowing what to do or where to go we spotted World Center Hotel.... More
