On business for this trip. Room was small but perfect for two days of long meetings. Business-traveler friendly - with several pc and mac stations and printers (lobby area and several other common spaces shared with Club Quarters attached hotel). Keurig coffee in room, plenty of convenient outlets, modern amenities, quiet. Bonus: Restaurant has an incredible view of National September... More

Recently visited NYC with a friend to take in the sights and sounds. Having grown up in the Bronx, I was a bit more reticent than my friend to do the sightseeing. The World Center Hotel was a high point of the trip for me just under the phenomenal performance of Brian Culbertson at BB Kings Club in Times Square!... More

My husband surprised me with a weekend in Manhattan for my birthday. We checked in late Friday night, April 17th, and was greeted by a friendly, helpful man named Albert. He was so accommodating and helpful. We had a beautiful room, that was spotless, with a balcony where we were able to take in the breathtaking views of the skyline... More

Recently remodeled hotel in the footprint of the Freedom Tower...smallish but very well done...very friendly and efficient check-in, nice room, well appointed, very comfortable bed, great pillows (I am a pillow snob)...the 20th floor restaurant/bar has a phenomenal view of the Tower which is just about across the street...very friendly bartender who custom made our drinks (Lennny)...for the money the... I stay here frequently for work, and I would have no hesitation choosing this hotel if holidaying in New York. The location is great, down in the tip of Manhattan, with great walks along the water, shopping and restaurants nearby. Right beside the 911 Memorial, and not far from the Highline and Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel is spotless, the rooms... More

We recently booked a one-night stay via Priceline.com at World Center Hotel. Even though I had already read the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor I was still pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Check-in is early (3pm) and our room was ready upon our arrival. Franz at the front desk advised us of a wonderful $40 suite upgrade offer which we took.... More

We stayed here last night and were able to book a superior room with a view of the 9/11 memorial. We stayed on the 12th floor and our room had a door that opened up to a french balcony. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean and we liked how the furniture was... More

This property is a bit off the usual tourist path. However, if you want to have a birds eye view of the World Trade Center Memorial, this is the place for you. The area is also much mess crowded then midtown and you have a bit more room to breathe. Takes about 30 minutes via subway to get uptown, but... More

We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were cozy and clean. We loved the location and we would definitely stay here again. The hotel was close to the station, popular restaurants and the 9/11 memorial. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and the bar overlooked the memorial as well. Overall a great place to stay. Loved... More
