The World Center Hotel itself was somewhat disappointing - the rooms were very small and compact, the bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was the smallest that I have seen in a hotel. However, the view of the Freedom Tower from the room was fantastic! The bar and restaurant on the 20th floor also had spectacular views of the 911... More

very nice rooms...the customer service was very good, attention to details were impeccable. the hotel is located right next to the 9/11 memorial. The only noise was the construction still happening down at the WTC site's that starts early. other then that, great place!

This is a centrally located hotel, near the financial district and by major subway lines. The amenities are nice and if you go up to the terrace club, you get an excellent view of the 9/11 memorial... But that isn't what this review is above. On one of my days at the hotel, I needed a necktie for a couple... More

Having read the other reviews of the World Center, I can't believe we were staying in the same hotel! We booked 5 rooms to have a pre-xmas family get together. The bathroom in our first room was ridiculously cramped, so much so that you couldn't access the washbasin properly without standing in the shower, after 2 nights we were upgraded... More

Best feature is the roof top restaurant and bar with superb views of the WTC 1 tower and the 9/11 memorial pools as well as good views from the rooms. Area still in development so be prepared for construction. Very friendly service. Good value for money. Would recommend paying for a room with a view of the memorial.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We usually stay with another hotel but this was a last minute, impulse stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jason, we arrived early but he was very nice and allowed us to check in early. He even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of... More

Clean rooms but small. Better for one person. Buffet breakfast on the top floor was very good. Cons. Few nearby restaurants. It was very cold in NY and I didn't want to walk far. There's a Morton's next door, but I didn't want a steak.

Spent 3 nights with my family out on the 8th of January 2014. Clean, overlooking the memorial centre. Entrance to hotel is a bit underwhelming but the inside is cosy and comfy. Staff welcoming and helpful. Recommend it for adults but not if you have small kids. A bit tight space.

A fairly new, small hotel across from the 9/11 Memorial and the Freedom Tower. It is located at Washington St. and Albany St. one Bloch from West Side Highway. Also near Rector St. stop on the Red/ 1 line. Service is very friendly. Rooms, while compact, are clean with a great bed and quiet setting. Great walking/ jogging along the... More
