Not the view I was expecting but the location, cleanliness, and amenities were great. I had booked a room and requested for a room with a good view. I emailed them requesting a room with a good view which they did not respond to. Upon check in when I inquired about the room they gave me, it turned out to... More

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. At check in we realized we had booked a single queen room. Our 9 year old was traveling with us and we upgraded for a very small fee by NY standards to an amazing room woth a pull out sofa and kitchen. I stink at names but the front desk gentlemen who... More

most hotels in NYC are remarkable for their use of space or lack there of... not this one. Our room was spacious enough for four adults. Great space for a week long visit as you could cook and use small fridge to help keep costs down.

I just spent 4 nights at this hotel.... simply amazing and at an outstanding price for Manhattan. The rooms were not very wide but plenty long and divided into 3 sections: The first was the bedroom, the middle was the lavatory and shower area and the third area was for sitting and working with an unbelievable view of ground zero... Clean, great location downtown but tight street. Little busy at check in and check out prime time, so leave a few minutes to spare, only two desk agents and sometimes doing more than one thing. Valet works, but again can be a little busy. Friendly staff, great views from most room and great view from rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you plan on going to Statue of Liberty, 9/11 memorial, or honestly anywhere on Manhattan Island. Being a boutique hotel, I wasn't too sure about what level the quality would be at. Every detail exceeded my expectations. The furnishings, accommodations, and views were perfect. When we (my mom and I) checked in,... More

Very nice hotel - the price was far better than any around, so I was concerned that the hotel might not be up to par. Although it was not a luxury property, it was clean and quite nice. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the financial district.

It started with telephone service by Souleymane. He was extremly helpful with our pre-arrival requests. When we arrived at the hotel late into the night he was just as pleasing at the front desk. Sue Hellen checked us in and was very pleasant and helpful. During our stay we had great service by Lai, Herman and Dawn. We had 3... More
