My husband and I stayed for just one night in the club room, which is a small room with a queen bed. If you are going to spend any amount of time here, it might be better to upgrade to a larger room, but this suited us since we were just sleeping there and were out the rest of the... More

This was my wife's and mine second trip to New York and this hotel made it. The staff (especially Irene and Lai) was uber-awesome. The chilled water dispensers on each floor was a nice touch. The room was comfy and quiet with a nice comfy bed. The view from the 15 floor on the north side overlooking the memorial waterfalls... More

Stayed for 3 nights, from Feb 12-15, just DH and I. You can easily check in when you walk into the lobby using the computer screens as long as you have the credit card you booked the reservation with. We were placed on the 15th floor and the room seemed quite spacious. 2 disappointments we had were no bathtub, just... More

The hotel is convientally located to the 9/11 Memorial which is one block away. The staff are super friendly and curious and checking in was quick and easy. Our room which is on the 16th floor number 1604 has the great view of the memorial and a view of the Hudson River. Our room was bigger than we thought after... More

My sister and brother, both work for airline companies, each for a different company. Both of their airlines have recently switched the overnight hotel stay to the World Center Hotel located beside the 9/11 Memorial. I had the opportunity to travel to NYC while my sister was overnighting and I was able, with the awesome help of Felipe and Irene... More

Great location and great price in a modern hotel with all you need to have a comfortable stay. There are lots of great restaurants nearby within walking distance as well as a restaurant on site. The World Trade Center memorial was right around the corner. Loved this hotel. Can't wait to come back.

My husband and I visited New York and stayed at World Center Hotel. Excellent location, walking distance to the ferries that go to the Statue of Liberty. Close to Wall Street subway station, which enabled us to conveniently travel across Manhattan. Hotel staff were very professional and nice! They gave us many good tips and directions how to manage our... More

The kitchenette room was comfortable for a family of 3 for a week's stay. Two sides of the room were windows, so we had lots of light and ways to view the city. Enjoyed the view of the 9/11 Memorial. Subway stations were nearby, as was a Whole Foods. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of Battery Park. The... More

This is the hotel that I stayed in for my first time in NY, and it was fantastic. The service was absolutely great. I recommend going to breakfast on the top floor or somewhere near the top floor. You have a beautiful view of the new World Trade center, and the 9/11 memorial.
