I stayed one night here and I am now coming back for a weekend. I wanted to give Lucrecia a two thumbs up for her hospitality and making my stay at this hotel very warm and welcome. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The bed was a tad too firm, merged two beds and the middle... More

I stumbled across this hotel, and it turned out to be a cool little gem. The front desk staff was really nice, and the location was great. I had never been to this particular chain of hotels, but I was presently surprised. The room was comfortable, modern and efficient. The hotel also had a lot of nice complimentary services, which... Staff was very friendly and the room was top notch, as it should be. No problems at all. It was just me so the hotel was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice hotel that's right next to the World Trade Center. Definitely worth it.

A big thank you to Jordan and the reception team at the World Center Hotel. They are always very helpful and go the extra mile for any requests. The hotel has a fab bar at the top with great views of the WTC memorial. Location is also very handy if you want to stay downtown.

This hotels offers unique in and outdoor views on Manhattan, the Hudson river and an overwhelming panorama of the 9/11 Memorial and One World Trade Center from its World Terrace Club (bar/restaurant). I used to be a very very frequent traveller, staying in various hotels all over the world with breathtaking views but the experiences I had during breakfast and... More

Very helpful concierge, excellent views, stylish layout and overall design. Spacious room, nice large clean shower, kitchen area, and terrace. The layout of the rooms is great for privacy, noise reduction, and elevator access. The bar on the 20th floor was also excellent and had a reasonable happy hour.

Hotel service was friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I paid a $25 upgrade fee (so reasonable) for a large suite with a view overlooking the pools. We enjoyed the view from the bar on the 20th floor, but the 18% added gratuity on our cocktails (party of 3) rubbed me the wrong way. The best part... More

When going for business to NYC I tend to stay at the World Center Hotel. It's best located to my meeting places - all in walking distance. The last stay (December 2015) was another above average experience. My colleague and I had superior rooms with a perfect Ground Zero Memorial view from the 17th floor. The room was well-sized, top... NYC has, in my humble opinion, become very expensive in recent years. Last decade I could easily find accommodation in the Big Apple for around $200/night. Not any more. I really struggled this time time to find anything decent below $300/night. Enter World Center Hotel-beautifully situated, overlooking the two pools that commemorate 9/11, along with its next door sibling Club... More

It is in a quiet cul de sac and overlooks the 9\11 memorial ponds. From the restaurant on the top (20th) floor where breakfast is served if one chooses to eat in one gets great views and at night the surrounding building lights twinkle and glow. Subway stations are two or three blocks away dependent on line so Broadway can... More
