First class design hotel, newly opened in 2010, comfortable lounge ambience, very decent large rooms with tasteful furniture and lights, clean, calm, central (metro wall street), shops around, charming pro-active young service, extras like all-day coffee and small muffins (for early birds), WLAN, notebook in the lobby/lounge, gratuit snacks and non-alcolholic drinks in the room, gratuit. Oasis in the Big... More

My husband and I have just returned from a long weekend in New York to celebrate his birthday. I chose the Andaz Wall Street knowing that he loves the financial district, and we were more than pleasantly surprised with the comfort and level of service. We liked the informality of check-in, the free daily cappuccinos, the conviviality of the lobby... More

Our experience at the Andaz did not start out well because we couldn't find the entrance! They should make it easier to find because it is a very nice place to stay. My wife and I found it to be exceptionally clean, with the friendliest, most courteous staff we've ever encountered. The room was large and bright. The outside wall... More

Wouldn't it be nice to live in a fantasy world where all of the things you subconsciously wish you had to make your life easier were for real? Well, stay at the Andaz Wall Street, and some of what you subliminally want actually comes true. At the beginning of my 2-night stay from Sept. 24-26, I checked in much later... More

I met my brother in NY for a long weekend together and we had the pleasure of staying at the Andaz Wall St. Ohhh...what a lovely place. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay really special. The room was huge by NY standards and spotless. The little extras-free beverages, snacks and wifi in... More

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and think that most guests would be better served at the darn Holiday Inn. Upon entering the hotel, there isn't a clear area for check in. Rather, a man in a suit approaches you, asks whether or not you are checking in, and takes your card. I found this a bit off-putting... More

EXCELLENT ON ALL COUNTS! Modern sleek rooms with superb service. All non-alcoholic snacks and drinks included in price. Big showers/bathrooms. Online express check-in was great; same with check-out. Only negative was a noisy bar...but the drinks more than made up for it!

Stayed here for a NYC weekend getaway -- not disappointed. The Andaz lives up to reviews: new concept hotel with no formal lobby/check in. Sleek modern design and minimalist decor. Check in was easy and the kind check-in agent gave us a quiet room on the 17th floor. Room was large by NY standards and very quiet at night. Spouse... More

Casual yet warm and friendly welcome. I was sat on a couch in the lobby and provided a drink (much appreciated after a long flight and a busy day) while waiting for the "Andaz Host" (there is no reception as such) to fetch the mobile check-in device and brief me on the facilities and amenities. Excellent and very large, elegant... More
