The Andaz concept is unique, walk in and you'll find a combination of your friend's house, your old club and a tapas bar. We decided to try it because we were traveling with a kid and one of our relatives has severe allergies, so we asked for the 'clean room'. The rooms were very stylish, it was like staying at... My husband and I stayed here with our 9 month old son for one night to meet up with friends in the city. I decided to stay here as it had mostly excellent reviews and the price tag was incredibly reasonable for NYC. Our room was ready when we arrived roughly at 3pm and I had requested an upgrade online... More

I almost hesitate to share my review of the Andaz Wall Street, as I hate for it to get so popular that it will be tough to get a room in the future. However, the word is obviously out already. I stay in hotels nearly every week and this is the first hotel in a long time that has delighted... More

We stayed over the July 1-4 weekend with friends. The hotel was fabulous from the moment we walked into the lobby where we were met by friendly staff. The decor was very "Swedish" which we loved. Rooms were well appointed and high ceilings gave an airy feel. Hotel was quiet and coffee/tea/cookies/nuts available in the lobby not to mention wine... More

This was by far the best hotel in NYC. Easily one of the best hotels I've EVER stayed at. The staff was pleasant. The room was simply beautiful. My favorite part about the room was the bathroom/shower. I love the new, modern hotels, and this one, exceeded my expectations. It is located in the heart of Wall Street and we... More

The hotel was at a so-so location. But since I used to live in NYC and knew my way around, it wasn't a big deal. The decor was modern and clever. The room was gigantic by NYC standard (Large King). Free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. However, one important thing to know is that the bathroom and the... More

This hotel was cheap for a nyc hotel, I will say that. However, it showed! Through slightly blury eyes this hotel room was clean, modern and spacious. It just opened in 2010, yet there was wear on the sides of the room service trays, the bathroom accessories, and in the shower tile. It almost seemed as though the hotel was... More

All hotels are pricy in NYC. No exception here, but our experience was worth it when comparing with other Manhattan hotels. We stayed 7 nights for Easter. Service was excellent all the way. All the staff were polite and very helpfull, all the time. Check in process is a tad confusing when you visit a Andaz hotel for the first... More

My husband and visited New York for the first time last week and chose the Andaz as our hotel per trip advisor reviews. We asked if any complimentary room upgrades were available upon our arrival and they were happy to upgrade us. All the freebies were very nice as well, from the cappacinos and wine in the lobby (which they... More
