The room was an excellent size with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. It is worth noting that the shower/ bathroom wall in my room was made of clear glass, so something to consider if you are travelling with a friend ( as I was ) and want privacy showering. Location wise the hotel is a little out of... More

I was given this as an option by a friend so took a chance. Whilst it is sort of on Wall street the taxi people will have trouble finding it so get the specifics on the location. The reception area is modern functional rather than high end or overly trendy. The room I had was very large, there is not... More

This is my second visit to the Andaz Wall Street. The overall hotel is very good for the price point. However, it's marketed as Hyatt's upscale line of hotels and consistency needs to be better. The bathroom vanity mirror has two four foot long bulbs. When one is out -- as was the case on my most recent visit and... More

This is my second time at this hotel. The first was for business and this time it was the tail end of an anniversary trip with my spouse. We stayed for the first part of our trip in a slightly stodgy (and slightly worn down) luxury hotel in Phila. and finished up with a couple of days in NYC. The... More

Good location, spacious rooms. Nice beds, linens, amenities when they decide to deliver. They deliver bottled water everyday, except the one night we return after midnight, and no waters. It is inconsistent service. Breakfast poor. And very expensive. Our phone didn't work, no repair after a request. The desk said something about engineering leaving a note and unreliable? Front desk... More

My wife and I checked into the Andaz Wall Street 8/27/2014. Once entering the hotel we were greeted nicely by Adam and Kyle. They were both smiling as they checked us in. I had called in the day before about checking in early. Adam nicely told us the room was available. Our suite was stocked with drinks and snacks which... More

I've had an awful experience with this building and especially with the leasing office for the condos. To be honest, it's the worst experience I've had to date with a rental space. The leasing office seems to have dropped the ball, with the rest of the building blaming them for the issues, but as no one in a position will... More

Loved the rooms. Very spacious, loved the bathroom with the interesting bath; felt like I was in a fish tank! Enjoyed the complementary minibar. Great for the downtown area but a bit of a trek up to the other sights uptown. Beds were a little firm for me but nice and big. Would happily stay there again

Check in was pleasant, nothing special, but they had clearly upgraded my King room to a Large King due to Platinum status - it was HUGE. Plenty of work space, counter space, closet space. Both a big rain shower and a big tub. The bed was comfortable, though Andaz seems to like soft feather pillows, I should have asked for... More

Pro: We had a good rate for a weekend stay. Cons: No bellman. You schlep your own luggage. Don't even ask me about the staff. Reluctant assistance in carrying luggage to room. Shower tiled completely in black with dim lighting--who knows what could be growing in there. Water spills outside the shower. Tub has large glass window surround. You may... More
