This is not a place to expect to enjoy a lovely room or spectacular lobby. This place is serviceable. The rooms with 2 double bed are really 2 full beds. The rooms have window unit air conditioners. The bathroom was recently updated with a great shower and nice sink. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast that... More

tiny room, sort of dated ikea design, apparent construction going on in the lobby, moderately unprofessional staff, but in this location, if you can get it for $130 on hoteltonight or something, you can't really complain. i'd come again for this price.

This is a nice boutique hotel very close to all the attractions. The bedrooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only negative I saw apart from the size of the room is that you can hear the hustle and bustle of NY from your room especially in the night.

Stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 5 nights over Valentine's Day. we paid $540 for both us for that time. The rooms are not massive they are intact very cosy. But the staff are super helpful, as soon as we got there they gave us maps, a list of recommended restaurants, the wifi code which was free &... More

Avoid at all costs. Writing this from my broom closet of a room. TV broken - tried calling front desk (and manager, housekeeping, room service) from hotel phone to only get busy signal. Call from cell phone to be told "um....yeah, the cable guy was here - it's a recurring problem. And I don't know about the phones." Yeah -... More

Modern feel and very clean. Helpful hotel staff. Traveled with my boyfriend and we stayed in a Madison Queen. Plenty of room for our clothing (and I always bring too many shoes!) and other stuff without ever feeling cramped. Subway access in less than 5 minutes and fantastic location overall. Centrally located so it never took too long to get... More

They are so kind, so gracious, so lovely and even if I haven't been there in 6 months, they'll remember me by name when I check in. Love the location and it's even better now that Birch coffee is there. Felicia, if she's still there, is a GODDESS - the coolest, kindest chick around. Stay here if you can!

First I'd like to say I only use yelp to locate places when I'm out of town, but my experience was so bad I felt beyond compelled to leave a review!!! My recent trip was from 21 Jan - 25 Jan 2015. I arrived alone Wednesday 21st and then my friend arrived Friday 23rd. Check in wasn't to much of... More

Me and my wife stayed for a week, the Bed was super comfortable and I loved the bathroom. Real clean and modern. Although the room was small it was quite cozy and had everything we needed. The hotel was at a good location and the beds were comfortable. We got in early and were able to get an early check-in... More

Given the price you pay, you're better off booking somewhere else. Its certainly not a "boutique" hotel and feels like your general "Traveloge" in town. Its basically a room with a bed, small TV and a small table... nothing "designer" about the room at all. The internet is not free and at 9.99 USD for 24 hours its very expensive.... More
