Hotel staff was outstanding, professional & very attentive. Despite being in front of PA bus depot, hotel is very modern, clean, & has a nice pub on ground floor. Rooms were excellent. Great hotel for business if you need to be in mid-town.

This hotel is well-located in one of the lesser streets, enabling a short walk to Times Square are nearby. It has great, friendly and attentive staff, but the rooms are small, and the air-conditioning is noisy. It IS a 3* hotel, and as long as you think of it as that, you won't be too disappointed ....until you pay the... More

Stayed here for three nights. I don't have a Trip Advisor account but I created one just to give this hotel a bad review. - The rooms are small even for New York City. They didn't upgrade me to a larger room or provide access to an executive lounge or business center. - The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke... More

Kamal M: I am so sorry for the experience that you had. Your expectations for a Starwood hotel are understandably high, and we take meeting those expectations to heart. While we have had plenty of great comments below, we aim to deliver the same high quality of service to each and every guest. I would like the opportunity to assist... More

This hotel is a solid four stars. Friendly, helpful check-in staff, comfortable room (especially the bed - the mattress topper was great) and all the amenities you need. It isn't super-luxurious and the rooms are smallish (most hotel rooms in NYC are) but it has everything you need at a high standard and the location is fantastic. A great base... More

Stayed here for 5 days. The rooms are not exactly big, quite small in size. A little expensive for the service that you get. Check in staff was an absolute pleasure to work with, but no one will help you deliver your luggage or anything. The concierge was very informative when we had questions which is one of the bonuses.... More

Hotel room is small, had 2 queen size beds but reading lamps on the wall could have been lower as one had to get out of bed to switch them off. There were bottles of water in the room every day also a coffee/tea maker, had to ask for extra tea bags & milk but no problem in getting them.... More

The price isn't low enough to justify the low quality of service and amenities. Most of the staff need to be trained on the meaning of customer service, and the management is even worse. Don't expect anyone to help with your suitcases or hailing a cab. Horrible experience, if you want to stay at a Four Points hotel, stay at... More

Spent last night at the Four Points Times Square. As an SPG Platinum member I normally stay at the Westin around the corner, however for one night it was a difference in rate that was enough for me to stay here. Found a rate for $221 on SPG for a weekday night which is unheard of for NYC as most... More

Have stayed at Four Points in August 2014 so choosing it again for a business trip was a no brainer. I had had a wonderful experience last time so didn't even bother enquiring anywhere else We were pretty weary with the full day journey from LA and coming from JFK which is in Queens - but as soon as the... I stayed at the Four Points with a girlfriend. The location is great! Close to time square, 5th avenue and the shows on Broadway. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was large for NYC. Plus, it was so nice to have 2 queen beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Also, if... More

Susan F: Thanks for the fantastic review on Trip Advisor! Glad to hear you were able to enjoy our weekly reception and that you got to take advantage of the great location. Just a note for our readers, the beds in a double bedded room here are full sized, but nonetheless feel just as roomy. We hope to see you... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
