NYFW visit and we were so impressed. The room was clean, very comfortable beds, and excellent service at the front desk, concierge and bell desk. Suggest room service for breakfast, best one we had all week!

This could be your favorite hotel in the Starwood chain of hotels in the heart of world's heart, if NY is not the heart of the world then which one is? This hotel is actually ok as far as all facilities are concerned but the staffs are good to super good, special nomination must go for Ishaq, the bell man-... More

I stayed for only one night at Four Points Midtown. it's a very nice hotel. the room was pretty small and the hotel itself doesn't have a or space. it was cozy none the less. I had a room on the 20th floor with an average view. the staff were really nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at Four Points for a business conference and was extremely pleased with the overall experience - staff in the lobby, restaurant, and bell hops all were professional, courteous and very helpful. I was going downstairs to exercise one day and inquired to a staff member about take out service from their restaurant. She took my order right... More

Hotel is ok. Small lobby. Requested late checkout 4p but couldn't get it on a Wednesday checkout!. Good WiFi. Clean although bed linens had a hint of smokiness even though it is a non smoking place. Bed comfortable bathroom nice lots of pillows. Staff nice enough. The real problem is its location. Walking distance to times Sq but Scary street... More

My wife and extremely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Siovan, Mor but especially Ishaq who even gave me his own personal face mask for the cold weather and refused to except a dime in return.

Nothing awesome, small lobby, but clean and quiet rooms, and great location. Street was under construction, which made the arrival to the hotel a bit more complicated, but when inside it was very calm and warm.

We spent two weeks here over December 2014/January 2015 on our honeymoon. As we are from Australia, we hoped to have a white Christmas (something unusual for us!) but alas the weather did not allow this. Anyway, back to the review....The room was nice & clean & comfortable. We were however disapointed that we had a queen bed and no... More

Spent three nights, clean room, handy location for cost but what is most important is the staff...great people, from the desk to the chef. If you can be there on a Wednesday evening as they out on a very nice guest appreciation open house. Drinks, hot food (sliders, spring rolls, etc.) Only one issue, my TV was replaced when I... More

Just back from a 5 night stay here. Lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms. Lovely staff. Just round from times square and lots of nice places to eat close by. Rooms are lovely with a large tv, tea/coffee facilities and large shower. Hopefully will be back one day.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
