Love this place. All of the staff are wonderful. It is hard to pick a favorite. Chef Al is personality plus! The location is wonderful, Easy to walk to the theater district and Times Square. I am sure we will return in the spring. Hopefully for a bit longer.

Price is very cheap for a hotel near Times Square - about $150. Location is very convenient - across from bus terminal and walking distance to Times Square. There was a line of men down the street - maybe free food for the homeless or something. I prefer to stay in East midtown personally, but this may be convenient location... More

I travel to the city often for business and I stayed here for the first time last week. I must say it was one of the best stays in NYC that I have experienced in a while. The staff is exceptional...a gentleman named Benny was super helpful and friendly. Front desk and housekeeping were all terrific.. Kudos to the GM..job... More

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my five night stay in New York. The hotel is very clean, modern & comfortable. The beds were great. We always had enough towels, etc. Free wifi was a nice touch... it was fast! The neighborhood was fine and everything we needed was within a block... great quick food after Broadway... More

From the general manager to housekeeping, the staff here is outstanding. They're very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just a few blocks from Times Square and a load of other points of interest and attractions. I can't recommend this hotel strongly enough.

My wife and I just stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great hotel, the food is ok and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very very clean. We stayed on the 5th floor and we heard very little noise. You couldn't ask for a better location. We didn't take a taxi or subway the whole time... More

I was very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The lobby has a modern edge and although it's small, it suits it's purpose. The staff are all terrific. The room is quite large and the bathroom is a terrific size. I was thrilled with the modern decor and cleanliness. We took the hotel service car back... More

I stayed there for 2 nights and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. The check-in went really well, Sarah was very nice to me and the guy who kept my luggage too. Everybody has a smile and are very polite. I had a room on the 31st floor with a nice city view. The room is... More

Stayed here for three nights while attending a convention. This is a very small hotel. There's not much going on in the hotel regarding food, etc. Plenty of good little restaurants nearby (Tabata Ramen is right next door and has pretty good fare.) You may pick up some street noise from the lower floors. I was on the thirteenth floor... More

Snailkite Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. It is very important to us and we look at all reviews to ensure we can do something better. You had mentioned the Javits Shuttle as not being in front of our hotel. Unfortunately we do not make that determination, this is decided by the convention... More

The Sheraton budget line of Four Points is great with the same ethos as its Starwood Sheraton upmarket sisters. Lovely rooms and bathrooms with free WIFi and the staff could not be more helpful. They found us two rooms two days before Christmas and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Feels like a Sheraton and it's a great location in the... More

Virginia, Thanks for the fantastic review of our hotel! I am glad that you found our hotel to be just as good if not better than most brands. The back of the hotel rooms you mentioned in your tips tend to be much quieter, but front of the hotel rooms possibly provide a better view. We look forward to having... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
