Hotel location is very good. Guestrooms are very well cleaned. Beds, pillows are very good quality. To be right on times saquare rooms are quiet with sound proof windows. Front office staff are extremely courteous and nice.

This hotel was a great location for seeing all the popular sites in Manhattan. Located just off of Times Square, it's within easy walking distance to any of the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center and Shopping. Convenient access to subway made it easy to come and go to Ellis island and Central Park as well. Rooms and lobby are small but... More

Arrived on a late Tuesday night; front desk agent was extremely friendly and comped me breakfast and gave me some additional Starpoints since my preferred room type wasn't available. I was just happy to have a bed and shower, so definite bonus there. The next morning, I moved to my original room type and got a great view of Manhattan... More

Traveling to New York for the first time and looking for a place centrally located to meeting and the landmarks I finally found this hotel on the web. The staff were exceptional and went beyond their "job" to make me comfortable and enjoy the stay. A very clean, safe and reasonable hotel. If I return will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and courteous. The room is a bit small. It was perfect for me an my girlfriend. Not sure this would be good for a family. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was CLEAN!!!!! The outside noise level wasn't bad and we stayed on the 4th floor. the location is... More

My outstanding experience with this Four Points Sheraton location began with GRACE, who graciously provided me with directions to the hotel. I was lost, frustrated, and hungry when I called the hotel just to inform them that I would be late checking in. Grace answered the phone and I could feel the warmth of her smile! She knew exactly where... More

We had found this hotel on the web, and decided to book accommodation for our 4-days stay in NYC. Check in was nice and fast, we were given some material to tour the city and also gifted a couple of cupcakes, which was a nice touch. The room we were given was really nice, spacious and clean -- for a... More

My first trip to New York, a combination of business and pleasure, and I chose this hotel because of strong recommendations despite it being a mid-range hotel. I have to say I endorse this. Its conveniently located, not the prettiest view but very New York given how central it is. Really handy if you arrive on the bus from the... More

I read lots of reviews about this hotel and because of all the positive reviews, decided to cancel my reservation at the Shelburne Affinity and book a room here. I am a little sorry that I did that and probably would have been more comfortable at The Shelburne. Normally I'm in town for business but decided to take my family... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
