We just back from this hotel In NYC, it was a great value and Fabulous location. The staff was very friendly for the most part. Ms.Castillo the manager was very fast to provide us with an upgrade since I wanted to surprise my husband for his 50th! THANKS! It was clean, and we have only a small complaint and that... More

Stayed in this hotel while visting New York with my friend. Pros: Close to the 96th Street subway station, and central park, good value and great service Cons: There was just one elevator working the time I visited and the Wi-Fi is really bad, which was unfortunate, because we were trying to plan our day and to book a ticket to... Loved the club rooms, the front desk was very quick and efficient during their busy period. Service was great, fit our budget and out need. just want we needed. Will definitely book the top floor club rooms again.

There are far too many bad reviews for this hotel. First of all, it is cheap. Very cheap. Don't be expecting the Hilton for the price that you are paying! I stayed for 5 nights with my boyfriend. We were on the 8th floor, and had a sizeable room, which had a double and a single bed in it. I... More

I was very pleased with this hotel. My room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is (literally) steps away from the 96th Street station on the #1,2,3 subway lines. The elevator is a bit small, so if you're one of those travellers who must bring everything but the kitchen sink with them, you may have to make a couple... More

The staff and the service was outstanding...they were very knowledgeable with tourist information and how to make the most of the length of stay. The rooms were as you would expect in a good mid range budget hotel...at $169 USD per night for our two double beds...I thought it was good value...the shower was awesome but it did take a... More

As another reviewer noted: you get what you pay for. And if you're flexible about things, you get a clean comfortable room in a great location at a very competitive price. But - You've got to be willing to roll with inconveniences that get thrown your way. In our case, a woefully understaffed and poorly managed front desk that was... More

WARNING PHONE SCAM AT HOTEL DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. This is not from the hotel but an outside person calling rooms and pretending to be the front desk asking to confirm cc details as the computer system has gone down. On arrival great service considering the holiday congestion at the front desk stored luggage at no... More
