First of all, if you are booking this hotel and expecting 4-5 star luxury, then book the Sheraton, Hilton or whatever other hotel. It is NOT even close! If you are looking for a inexpensive place to sleep that is comfortable enough, then this is the place for you. The bed was comfortable, the room clean enough, bathroom space was... more

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and was great. Room was on the 5th floor. Room and separate living room and bedroom. Room was larger that what I expected. Very clean room. 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bathroom connected with the bedroom. Furniture were in decent condition. Carpet and flooring very... more

This hotel is one of those "only in New York" kind of places; barely adequate, generally. Room was clean - refrigerator worked; bathroom OK - had a nice view north to the east end of the nave and the crossing of Cathedral of St. John the Divine. There were safety issues, however. Door on street is open ALL NIGHT 24/7.... more

This hotel was a true nigthmare. We booked this hotel last minute for a graduation and we liked the location. When we arrived, we checked in and went to our room. The room was dark, dingy, with old nasty carpet and a nasty smell to it. The mini fridge in the room was broken. After taking showers to freshen up... more

Stayed here for the Tribeca Film Festival, and can't complaint. great price, great location. for the price you can rent a crappy hostel with shared bathroom, here for less than $100 a night we had our (spotless and big) bathroom, we even got an upgrade on our bed. I don't understand people, NYC didnt get the name "the city that... more

Stayed at Days Hotel, 14 to 17 April 09, inclusive, allocated there by JetlineCruises.com. after a six day Atlantic crossing on Queen Mary 2 (which was fabulous). Days Hotel has probably had better 'days'. Room was dark and tired. However, bed linen and bathroom towels were spotless. Located upper west side of New York. Had we known better would have... more

We stayed in this hotel for one week and it was just awful! There were cockroaches in our room and we were on the 12th floor! The place must have been plagued with the things. I even found one floating in the coffee! The staff were unhelpful and the lifts were awful. Calling it the Quality Hotel is a complete... more

After reading the reviews, I was scared of coming here. However,my room ( smoking - eleventh floor) although small, was clean and comfortable. I had a good kingsize bed, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The elevator was slow and clunky, but it got me to my floor. The subway was only across the street. The service at the front desk was affable... more

We went there and read their notice about how "everything works" when nothing in our room worked..the toliet didn't even flush! so we told the very unhelpful staff who didn't get anything done till the third time we asked them. By then it was our last night and still had many problems with other broken things in the room. In... more
