We stayed at this beautiful and charming hotel for four nights. A friend suggested staying here after her wonderful experience, and my husband and I were not disappointed! The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we were trying to figure out the subway system. They even offered up suggestions for restaurants or... My wife and I had tickets to 'Wicked' and wanted to stay in the Theater District. I went with the previous reviews for this hotel on Trip Advisor and they were right on the money. I would definitely recommend (for couples, not sure about families) as this was not the usual large hotel with no character. It was a 3rd... More

This is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of the Theatre district in New York. Colin and his staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with all things to do, see and get around New York. The rooms are beautifully appointed, very clean, great air conditioning in summer, free coffee machine and breakfast included. Whilst being in the... More

My wife and I stayed at the French Quarters recently while in NYC to get married. Firstly, I should say that the hotel is very nice, the staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly positioned next to Times Square if that's where you need to be. We did have an issue on arrival. We booked... More

My husband and I stayed at the French Quarters while we were in NYC to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed six nights and we were delighted by our experiences at the French Quarters. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and an abundance of Keurig coffee pods for us to choose from throughout our visit. Comfy bed, small... More

Travelled as a family in December 2014. As the first stop in our U.S. trip we arrived in the evening jet lagged with two cranky kids in tow. We stayed in a two bedroom suite - just right. Comfortable, more than enough space and great place to settle the kids, recharge and recover. The place was then a great base... More

We spent 5 nights in the delightful and extremely well appointed French Quarters Apartments. The staff were SO friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! I've stayed in other NYC hotels and guest apartments and this one has surpassed all others by far!! We certainly received the outstanding quality of service and accommodation that... More

we booked this over the pride weekend and didn't want a chain hotel. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 3 of us (we had our 16 year old daughter with us). The accommodation is a little dated but well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet is a little limited and doesn't start until 7:30. We had an... More

Liked our recent stay at this hotel. Good spacious room, very helpful staff and the biggest USP is that it's located in mid town, Manhattan, just 0.5 to 6miles to literally everything that u would want to visit in a short trip to NYC. We had booked the first floor room over the pub, which they had said would be... More

Wonderful staff, beautiful clean room and good location. Had our honeymoon here and will come back again and recommend this place 100%. Great bar downstairs with gorgeous woodwork and had a lovely breakfast on the second floor of the bar that the ceiling opens up for morning sunshine to come in. Simply a great hotel!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
