This place is great! We were there during the busy holiday season and the people who work there were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, room was clean, and the mini fridge was great for storing all our leftovers. We couldn't have asked for better service. After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about the noise,... More

I am a bit late writing this review as we stayed there just before Christmas 2014. Sadly we only stayed at this hotel for one night as we were going on a Cruise leaving from New York. We had originally been booked into another hotel by our tour company but the hotel they had chosen was off the beaten track... More

My daughter and I stayed here from 13-16th jan 2015........ It was excellent ! We will be back. Charming boutique hotel - a stones through from Time Sq and easy walking distance to Central pk, etc . The staff were charming, helpful and so polite. Lovely buzzy bistro/ bar which although noisy on the last night ,did not disturb sleep.... More

We have been there twice and never disappoint us. Love the "hells kitchen" location, lots to eat and drinks in that block. Pros; the rooms are large for NYC standards, we loved the lit kitchen are which included a small fridge, coffee, microwave and sink. Great when traveling with kids! The morning breakfast was a plus. The staff was very... More

Lovely, Reasonable, Pleasant, Great location in theater district, and close to good restaurants. Clean, neat. Near a noisy bar but our room was quiet. Great breakfast, unusually generous with lots of choices in a Solarium kind of room where the ceiling opens in warm weather

My wife and i stayed from 20/12/14 - 3/1/15, and we loved every minute of it. From the time we arrived the staff were fantastic. A BIG thank you to Colin and every member of his team for making our stay so great. The room was great, we had a room on the 2nd floor with a view out over... More

We loved our stay at French Quarters over the Bew Tear period. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great to get out and explore the city with many places we wanted to visit in walking distance

We stayed there the day after Christmas and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was steps away from nightlife and Broadway theaters. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

This establishment definitely lives up to their claim to be a deluxe New York City accommodation designed with an iconic New Orleans style. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and even though my room was rather small, it was very comfortable, complete with a small writing desk. The service was excellent and the manager went out of her way to ensure... More

We picked the French Quarters for its location, breakfast, and affordability. It was more than we expected! The staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean...we even had a beautiful view of the city. Even better was the fact that the subway, local eateries, Times Square and Rockefeller Center were within walking distance. I loved the Keurig coffee maker... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
