I thought I already wrote a review about the absolutely great stay we had in the Radio City Apartments in May of last year. Did not do it yet, but had to, so a bit late but here it is: The 5 of us stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and had the best time. Close to everything! Times Square, Rockefeller... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this affordable choice. 5 of us shared for 5 days and it was perfect for what we needed it for; it is situated just metres from Times Square and was clean and comfortable throughout. It is a little dated in terms of décor, but is a real gem for the price. Probably not suited for... More

We (me and my wife) spent in April 5 night in this very good apartment Hotel. We felt us there very well. We had a corner studio apartment on the 7th floor. The view from the windows to the 7th Av. and the 49th street was quite good. The noise was acceptable, we know, that the city has all night, all day... I recently stayed at this hotel with two friends for 5 nights. The check in was so easy and the staff on reception were friendly and said hello every time we came in or went out of the hotel. Our room was better than we had expected - it was a really good size and had everything we needed for... More

There is no doubt that this hotel is in a prime location on 49th street. A short walk to the theatre, subway, good food ( great Japanese on street below, Hell's Kitchen a short walk away) and lots of landmark attractions. The price is good for a hotel that offers a kitchenette (very useful) and laundry facilities in the basement... More

We find it is an alright hotel, but the only ace it has got is its location, near Times Square and Theater Land. Otehrwise, old fashioned, a bit worn and torn, but clean! With the AirConditioning: I still haven't understood and perhaps will never do, how one can open a window in order to install the AC and with that... More

I travel to NYC a few times a year. Hotels are challenging because they are either too expensive, too small, too dirty & old.... This one was a great find! The location is excellent, one block between Broadway and Rockefeller Center and close to every subway line. The place is old but pretty well cared for. Rooms are small which... More

Location of this hotel is in midtown which is great! Close to the subways, restaurants, and the theatre. We were fortunate to get one of the nonsmoking suites. The room is quite large for NYC standard. Our suite was very functional with a small kitchen with a regular size fridge, small microwave, and small stove with an oven. Kitchen essentials... More

Hey, welcome to Noo York! You will notice things are a little different in the city that never sleeps. As with any city you have the grand new hotels, the mid range and others. This hotel is certainly not the newest in New York but as far as affordability in this location goes it is unbeatable. My partner had stayed... More

My repetition is the best recommendation for those who want a clean confortable place Midtown Manhatan. A complete apartment with one bedroom, 2 flat TVs, just around the corner of Times Square by the price of a single room in the hotels around.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
