We booked a corner suite on an upper floor and loved everything about our stay. Room: Very clean and kept up well. Good size room and comfy bed. Can see the Manhattan Bridge. Nice sized ledge on the window where I sat and sipped my coffee in the morning, watching the people exercising Tai Chi in the park across the... More

Decent hotel, BAD location, parking garage recommended by hotel, DO NOT USE! Parking garage attendees are untruthful and will charge you more than what they tell you up front. Get EVERYTHING in writing but would recommend NOT staying anywhere in Chinatown.

My sincere apologies that you did not enjoy our location. It is certainly not perfect for everyone. It is a great way to experience the historical neighborhoods of NYC. If you can email me more details about the garage I can follow up with them. We have had a great relationship with them and we do not want our guests... More

We stayed here 3 nights and were very happy with the hotel. The location is fantastic. Next to two separate subway stops (Grand and Bowery) and near a few others a 10+ min walk away. In Chinatown right next to the The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially since we were traveling with our 12 week old son. The... More

I spent a few nights at this hotell in year 2013 and had a great time. The location was in a very "walking friendly" part of Manhattan near the Brooklyn Bridge. The breakfast was not a great one, but it got u going for the day. The staff was kind and helpfull with any issues. The rooms were clean and... More

We stayed for seven days and had a beautiful view over the downtown area. The room was as small as expected. The big window wasn't sound proof and it was hard to hear any difference between it being closed and opened. We even had to open the window one night due to even louder wind noises. Since nobody else on... More

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Manhattan Bridge for five nights in May for a wedding. The hotel was well situated for us (near the wedding site) but also well placed for general site-seeing on the Lower Manhattan. For foodies, it is right in China Town (Old China Town) and and a few blocks from Little Italy. We walked to... More

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the many great things to do in Lower Manhattan. It is a great area to explore for food, shopping, museum and just a fun walk. The 11th and 12th floor are completely new. Previously there were not guest rooms on those floors. The rooms on those two floors are smaller than the... More

My husband and I stayed here for four nights on a long weekend vacation in April 2015. This is not a luxury property, but it was clean and comfortable for a place to stay. We had a concern with the room being too warm the first night and the front desk sent someone up to fix the thermostat promptly. The... More

Found a bargain via hotels.com and stayed here for six nights. Great views over the city and Manhattan Bridge. Breakfast ok. Coffee from machine, juice from machine and ordinary bread and cereals, egg and fruit. The room needs renovation. Good bed and pillows. Nice staff.

Stayed for a week at the end of March 2015, the room was very small but the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciate you staying with us in March. I will certainly share with the staff you comments. Our sincere apologies for the elevator inconvenience. Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
