This place easily wins the bad room design, bad lighting, tiny bathroom, and weird closet categories, hands down. The room is a bit on the small side, with an odd sort of partition trying to separate the sleeping area, from a table and two chairs. There is no comfortable arm chair. The lighting is bleak, actually funereal. Lots of lamps,... More

Great location, close to Times Square, Central Park, MOMA. Bar is quite fun place to be, cocktail list outstanding! We walked everywhere covering approx. 15k each day. Great location for theatres! Rooms quite spacious which is a rare thing in the heart of the city. Furniture modern and cleanliness of accommodation was first rate! Would definitely stay here again!

If you get a chance to join the Hilton Club do it. The location is terrific and the service is untouchable. The service and staff are unequaled. This is a keeper. You have to join to use the Club but it is well worth it.

We enjoyed staying at the Hilton Club New York recently. It has a great location, place is clean and extremely comfortable, staff is very helpful, and honestly not one negative about the place! Will definitely be returning to Hilton Club New York on our next visit to N.Y. City.

Spent two lovely days in NYC with this hotel as our base. It is well situated and you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the hotel with semi private elevators. The lounge room is well stocked and easy to use. The room is nice size although reading in a comfortable chair is not an option. The room is very... More

Back and forth between 4 and 5 stars. The breakfast was not very good, but the room was fine and the service was extraordinary. I wasn't feeling too well one night so the staff recommended a place to get soup and then warmed it and provided bowls. If you like a little bit of everything in NY this is a... More

Staying at the mid town Hilton is definitely the way to go in Manhattan. We had a great time with the family. We walked everywhere. It was very hot and because the hotel was always close by, it is naturally the best place to stay in New York.

We were delighted with the hotel. Although lobby is busy, rooms are comortable, quiet, clean. We would recommend it and definitely would return. Restaurant food was also good. Location is perfect, mid town Manhattan.

Very comfortable and well appointed rooms, excellent guest services including lounge with happy-hour and full continental breakfast. Location is perfect for seeing NYC. Room was quiet and included free water each day.

This review is for the 2 floors of NY Hilton reserved for Club owners. GREAT 2 br suite with 2 baths; attractive furnishings; updated baths; view over part of Central Park (okay, a slot view but still good). Nice bedding. TV in bedrooms and living room. Walk to everything in mid-town.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
