Let me start off by saying, this place was the BOMB.COM! Wonderful experience. I was able to get an upgrade where I was able to have a balcony. At first, I felt some type of way because I was not unable to check in at 3pm instead I check in later like an hour later. The hotel did go out... More

This was my second night in New york and the night before was in the Gild Hall which only had one night available. Closer to the center of the city. A very modern hotel with beautiful rooms. Looking forward to my next stay

Everyone was friendly and welcoming in the entire hotel. Some of the staff even remembered our name. The hotel never felt crowded. The bar was a very well done and comfortable. Not a gathering spot for the locals which we liked. We had breakfast in at Little Park on morning and it was very good. I like the hotel use... More

My room was perfect, hotel was very nice, and hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating... Especially! Sandy! The door man. Everyone was very nice and knew me after check in. That doesn't happen often in NYC.

This was my first time at this boutique hotel in Tribeca. It has a nice look, a nice sense of style in both the public spaces and the rooms. They very kindly upgraded me to a King Suite, which I enjoyed of course. I ordered room service for dinner, and it was a nice meal. Not amazing, but pretty good.... More

We stayed for seven nights over the New Year. The location in TriBeCa is perfect and the subway is right outside the hotel providing fast access all over the city. The staff were super friendly including Patrick who recommended restaurants and Diana who upgraded our room to a junior suite on the first night upon our request and providing a... More

I've traveled to New York quite a few times and this was the first time staying outside of Mid-Town. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and the area. The staff were always helpful and courteous. We were upgraded to a King Deluxe which was a spacious room with a good sized bathroom and rain shower. The mini bar was well... More

Added on a few days onto a work trip. I was based in Mid-Town for work and wanted to have a break from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. I got an upgrade on arrival and the room was fantastic; big bed, walk-in shower and great view of the World Trade Tower. Hard to find fault... More

We stayed in this hotel for a week. All in all it was ok. The size of the room was quite generous, the bathroom was quite ok, nothing to complain about, the location was great, the metro entrance was right in front of the hotel. Nevertheless the hotel is more of what 4 stars hotels look like. It is not... More

I stayed here for a weekend right before the Christmas holiday, and really enjoyed the hotel. Both the affiliated restaurant and bar/lounge were stylish, with good service and well tailored menu and drink offerings. Though the rooms felt a little sterile and masculine, they were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was really convenient -- a subway was literally right... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
