This hotel worked perfectly for us. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and the 2 interconnecting rooms that were booked were just perfect. We had so much space with a king bed in our room and 2 queen beds in the kids room, plus seating area and amazing views. The hotel location is just fantastic - 1... More

Central, high quality rooms, good food, excellent service, sound proof rooms, executive lounge very good and worth the extra. Price a little on the high side but OK if you have only a few nights to spend as we had for a short break and special treat.

I would say this is a 4 star not a 5 star hotel. Check in is slow as there is always a line up. Great big lobby. Lots of doormen always ready to open the door and get you a cab. Room was large for NYC but had cleaning product smell. No coffee or water in room. Wifi is 15.99... More

I was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and KINDNESS of the staff. This hotel is perfection. The location is wonderful; you can walk to anywhere you need to be or easily access Grand Central Station. The Palace has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The rooms , lobby, and exterior of the hotel were very clean.... More

This hotel is by far the best hotel i have stayed in in NYC. The staff are amazing and really do make you feel special. We stayed in the Tower over looking the church and it was great. I have stayed there 4 times now and would never choose anywhere else. The location is great too, right in the middle... More

I have just stayed for 10 amazing nights at this wonderful Hotel with my wife and 2 children both under 10. We stayed in a double/double room on the 35th floor with the most sublime views of the city. The service and attention to detail that we received from the hotel staff was incredible , everyone was just so helpful... More

I stayed at the Palace for 2 nights with my boyfriend. The location is amazing, we walked pretty much everywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful as well, and the rooms are comfortable. I've never stayed in a room that big in NYC before. The bed was amazing and we slept really well. I wasn't expecting that much since we did... More

The New York Palace is the hotel made famous years ago by Leona Helmsley. The public spaces are elegant without being as stuffy as with some similar New York hotels. The guest rooms are newly remodeled. My room was considerably larger than rooms I’ve had at comparable hotels in New York, and the furnishings are upscale yet comfortable. The bathroom... More

Imagine yourself staying in one of the most expensive hotels in New York City and spending the night sleeping on the floor. Well, that's what I did. My wife, son and I spent one night in a spacious room on the 21st floor with an unobstructed view of a skyscraper under construction. We didn't care about the view. Our room... More

this was a nice surprise. the rooms were large for NYC standards and the room was relatively quite for NYC. Everything was clean and well appointed. Bell staff quick and helpful with all questions. Location was good for a couple of days with the spouse and no kids. Only complaint was the WiFi was spotty and $15.99 a day. It... More
