I stayed at Hotel Indogo for 4 nights and had a great experience. It's a fairly new hotel located very close to Madison Square Garden, Macy's, the Flat Iron building, Times Square etc. etc. Closest the subway is only about 50 meters from the hotel. We were staying in room 503, which is a twin room with two brilliant double... More

Nestled in the perfect area for tourists and business travelers alike, this chique boutique style hotel offers a refreshing yet comfortable experience. The vibrant colors everywhere in the hotel offer a lovely contrast to the cold hustle and bustle of the city. The staff and managers are extremely friendly and accomodating. The hotel is barely a year old, so the... More

The Indigo chain is fantastic. I've been staying at these new hotels recently and they all have been consistently great stays. The rooms are clean. They have hard wood floors and no BED BUGS. The Glass bar on the room is also a great place to grab a drink. I would recommend the Winter Sangria.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet hotel room at a reasonable price in New york then this is the place! The only complaint I have is needing to leave! the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, the food was good and the staff were extremely helpful and would do anything they could to help. I would highly... More

What a great place, didn't even feel like you were in a hotel! The wood floors in the room create a comfortable feeling, and the place and its people are extremely welcoming. Rooftop bar also fun and something to check out!! Location of this hotel is also key, close to everything- take a subway or a cab and you are... More

The location is good - some meters from the tube, very close to Madison Square Gardens but not ideal for us with kids (8-13ys). The flowers shops around do not look like a garden. The rooms are very small, with almost no storage space. I cant imagine more than 2 adults per room. On the other hand they were clean... More

Dear Onvoyage6, Thank you for your review. We take your comments very seriously and will look into your issues. The HVAC units are typically very quiet and we have staff 24 hours to assist in fixing a noise immediately. As far as the room size, our rooms are actually larger than average for New York City. As you may have... More

We stayed six nights and found this an excellent experience with no reservations. The rooms are a generous size and no road noise intruded, although there was some very slight inter room sound. The room was well equipped with a Sony flat screen TV and free WiFi. The bed was humongous (larger than queens size bed - we estimated it as... More

I have to say that I was nervous about even going to New York (bed bug situation) but I was very happy with our stay at Indigo. The staff was great and the hotel was great! Not one complaint.

Love this hotel and love the location. As everyone says, less than 1 block to 1-2-3 subway and just 1 1/2 blocks to the N-R subway. Also 28th street has all the floral vendors along the street that make the walk so enjoyable. Our room had wood floors which seem so much cleaner to me than carpet. Since we were... More
