Saved up my points and booked a room for my wife's birthday. We lucked out and parked our car on the street in front of the hotel for free all weekend, so I can't comment on parking. Service was exceptional. Front desk was attentive and smiling. They even had plated petit fours in our room when we arrived because I... More

As a former New Yorker I've always stayed with family but this time wanted a hotel. I found Hotel Indigo to be everything I needed in a home away from home. Quiet street, clean everything, and a smiling, pleasant staff. My room was small but more than adequate with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. Chelsea is a... More

At first, we have to say thank you to the front desk staff, think this is the best on the hotel as they are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious for NY terms enough for 2 people to open their suitcases and leave them on the floor..:-) The breakfast is not perfect, not that much to offer, but... More

I called two days prior to my arrival that I might need to drop off my luggage at the hotel and spend a night at a friend's house first. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and told me that they can definitely do so without charge. On the day of my check in, the staff that checked... More

Pleasant experience overall from easy reservation process to friendly staff at hotel. Room was small but nicely furnished and clean. Good sound-proofing and comfy beds ensured several nights of great sleep. Location is convenient to 3 subway lines. Got great pay-in-advance rate plus special luggage fee reimbursement offer. Just two small nits: room service order took ages to arrive (did... More

Finding a reasonably priced hotel in New York was a difficult task but after much research we found Hotel Indigo and it didn't disappoint in the slightest. The room was clean and bright and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was also silent and was a retreat from such a busy city - we slept perfectly. Staff were all... More

I took my fiancee to New York as a surprise trip for her 30th birthday and the staff at Hotel Indigo played their part in making it a fantastic trip. I had booked it as a smart, boutique option midway between the tourists area of Midtown Manhattan and the nightlife in Greenwich Village. The night before we arrived, I sent... More

This hotel lives up to the previous reviews. Our room was very clean, had hardwood floors which was nice, and very modern. The front desk staff was very helpful when it came to getting taxis, giving directions, etc. The location was perfect for exploring the whole city and was 1-2 blocks from the 1 & NQR subway lines, which can...
