The hotel location is nice and reasonably priced, but the attention to detail is lacking. We called for an early check-in and one was promised. We arrived in the late morning and the rooms were not ready so we checked our bags and went sight-seeing. We came back after check-in and the rooms were still not ready. Room was quiet,... More

I was at a meeting on wall street and was being reimbursed by the State of Florida. Typically I would stay in Mid town but the reimbursement restrictions took me to this hotel. Actually it was not bad. The desk staff was helpful, it was a short walk to Wall Street, the room was clean and quite at a very... More

Stayed here with family for the last few days of 2014, so as imagined it was quite expensive. However comparing the prices offered by Holiday Inn to other it was quite reasonable. The hotel is located right in the financial district on Manhattan island, really central and close to trains and famous sites. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming on... More

This is a very expensive super old, dirty and run down hotel. It is a terrible franchise, which is affecting the Holiday Inn brand terribly. The restaurant is very dirty and old fashioned too. Staff is OK.

First, the air conditioner did not work in my room because someone had removed the nobs/dials from the unit and the thermostat on the wall was a complete farce - it did not do anything, so my room was 80 degrees at night for the first two nights. Second, the constant construction/trash removal/road work/recycling removal/paving/traffic noise was annoying as hell.... More

5 stars based on personal experience. Very convenient for subway, 9/11 memorial etc, shops some restsurants. Bed very clean and comfy, a good hygiene standard. Ok the lobby is small and there is an unconfortable amount of luggage in the lobby which from a security point of view is a bit risky. Staff are very attentive and cooperative. Good place... More

What a terrible experience! My fault for booking the room through Groupon (two months in advance). I arrived at check-in, only to find that they did not have the room type I had initially reserved (two double beds, to accommodate 4 people). They only had rooms with 1 king bed in each. They said Groupon should have contacted me to... More

Location is good, check-in was slow and the lobby is tiny. They do have a bar/restaurant on site which is nice. The bar is called The Bullpen not what is on the pictures. The menu is different also and the drink specials are from 5-8pm, 1/2 price drinks for ladies only during week I was here. If staying with govt... More

This hotel was very compact, from the lobby to the rooms but it's location makes up for it. 2 blocks from the NYSE, within blocks of the Freedom Tower, and tons of great places to eat in the area! We were happily surprised given that most places-especially once you start asking for dble bed accommodations-started at more like $250 and... More

I visited the area for a workshop. Easy to get to from the subway. Helpful staff. The rooms, while small, were larger than I expected for a NYC hotel. The bathroom was tiny, but functional. Everything was clean! We purchased a room with breakfast. Breakfast was made to order. The basic meal (eggs, toast, meat option, and potatoes) was included... More
