Stayed here for 3 days. the hotel is clean and neat. it is a very good value for money in downtown Manhatten for below $200/night. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious by NYC standards, but the heating is done via A/C, which is pretty loud, so I had to turn it off during the night and it was... More

This hotel is located in the Financial District of NYC. It's a small hotel, but clean and very convenient for when I'm traveling for work. It's a 5 minute walk from the subway station. The area has sufficient places to grab a bite to eat or a drink; and its pretty clean (for NYC). I felt fairly safe walking around... More

This Holiday Inn is a small hotel in the Financial District. Stayed there with friends last weekend. The room is a typical NYC hotel - small for the price - but clean. Hotel management was very helpful, especially Stella. If you're looking for a quiet location away from mid-town crowds, the Financial District is definitely for you. On the weekends,... More

the hotel is very conveniently located and easy accessible. The room is decent though a bit small. wi-fi speed is OK. However, the air-conditioner is a bit noisy and I have to turn it off for a quite sleep.

I hit the place at 6am. I was afraid I will have to wait untile official check in time. The guy in the front desk was closing his shift with a lot of papers on the desk. He left everything in a second and tried to help me with a clean room. He managed to arrange a room in a... More

My visit took place during a week in October when hotels in NYC seemed to be getting extraordinary nightly rates. I did a lot of research and anything worth my comfort level was a minimum of $350/night... even in Brooklyn. I was able to find a rate at this hotel for my 4 night visit that was through a 3rd... I work across the street from this hotel and pass it every day. I had to have a minor medical procedure and decided to stay overnight in NYC rather than go home super-late to NJ, and booked a night in this hotel to check it out. It's a very "skinny" hotel in a super-narrow old building. The lobby is miniature,... More

The desk was very helpful and friendly. Despite booking my room on Expedia they helped to get me a room higher up which would be more comfortable. The location is awesome. The restaurant is ok but you're in an area where there is plenty to grab to eat if you just walk a few blocks.

Tiny, compact rooms - all Holiday Inn Standard. Great and helpful staff. Hotel has piles of garbage on street, all smokers sent to front entry to smoke, and loud fast beat music playing all over the ground floor. Sent me out of the Cafe with a headache looking for quiet. If rooms quoted over $300 a night - look to... More

This hotel is nothing to write home about, but it does have some positive points. First is the location, just off Wall Street- I wasn't too keen on staying in the financial district (I am an avid fan of the Upper East Side), especially over a week-end but I must say I was pleasantly surprized. The neighborhood is quiet, but... More
