This hotel combines friendly and helpful staff with fair prices and a two minutes walking distance to three major subway lines at Fulton Street station with perfect connection to JFK, Midtown / Uptown Manhatten and Brooklyn. Ground Zero Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty ferries are within 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel offers free broadband wifi at good... More

Yes, like most NYC rooms are small, but very clean, new shower curtains. I personally love the Downtown area mainly in the weekends when it is very quiet on contrary of the times square area. They built a very nice pedestrian area and a awesome playground in the grounds of WTC. But the best here is the STAFF. They will... More

If you're looking to stay in the Financial District on a budget (keeping in mind that your'e in Manhattan), you can't get much better than this! Just a quick trot to the Fulton subway station (blue/green/brown/red lines) in an area that feels fairly safe. The room was a little small and the air exchange system could be a little noisy... We stayed here while visiting family in town. The rooms here are nice and clean. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in as soon as we got there. Good place to stay to do some exploring around the city.

The Holiday Inn Wall Street is a nice place to stay. It's near to the subway stations, and the room was great. The only thing that would made my stay the best was a mini refrigerator. The room was clean and the attendants were great.

We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. The hotel is small with a small lobby and only 6 rooms per floor. The room we had for the first night was very small with little space for our two large suitcases and cabin bags. The shower room was also small with shelf space for only one toilet bag. The... More

first the negative, yes as most people state in the reviews the rooms are on the small size. But at the end of the day, you don't go to New York to stay in your room, you only sleep in your room. due to reading so many reviews prior to our arrival, I was slightly concerned with the room size... My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for two nights on a weekend. The hotel and neighborhood is quiet on the weekends, so we got a decent deal of $160 per night when paid upfront--no cancellations. The reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor were mixed and I'd have to agree. The staff was very friendly and the hotel must have... More

We had difficulty booking a hotel in mid town as the car show was on so were pleased to find this hotel at a great rate on the IHG website. We were a tad apprehensive as it didn't get the best score but Holiday Inns are usually fine. Hotel is in Nassau St near Wall St and I have to... More

The hotel is in the great location for exploring the city attractions and the price is very reasonable. Room is clean, but it is in the small side. The staff is very friendly and we received $25 voucher due to room wasn't ready when we checked in.
