i prefer to stay in midtown but this hotel drops its price greatly on the week end. I have stayed here several times in the past several years. It is a new property. My room size was fine. Elevators good. Internet signal strength and speed good. Staff was exceptionally friendly. This is a good location near the 2,3, 4,5 R... More

I have been traveling to NYC for over 20 years, it's my favorite place to visit. This was the first trip I was able to obtain a room at this facility. From the moment you entered the hotel you knew it was going to be just great!! The staff were wonderful. They were so helpful you felt right at home.... More

I stayed here on business and was glad when the week was over and I could leave. The staff were friendly enough, but there is only so much that they could do to overcome the quality of the actual hotel. The bad impression starts right when you enter into the "lobby", which is more of a wide spot in the... More

Decent hotel, very clean, good location, good service. The only problem I had was the size of the rooms. They were very small. Trying to get ready to go out for a night on the town was difficult for my wife and because of the size of the rooms. Bathrooms are tiny as well. Two people can't be in the... More

I stayed for a very quick overnight business trip. It's a Holiday Inn, perhaps as I was travelling for business I was expecting something else. I was little put off by the loud music being pumped put of the lobby as my taxi dropped me off. My room was an odd corner configuration and meant the TV was at least... More

My daughter and I stayed here over a long weekend as she interviewed at various theater arts schools. The neighborhood is in a fantastic area of the financial district near the Brooklyn Bridge, restaurants, subway lines. The new Fulton station is awesome. However, this hotel had some issues. +Positives- +The staff is lovely and were very accommodating. They assisted us... More

My family stayed here January 2015 and I was very disappointed. The linens made me itch so much I could not sleep. I have never had this problem before at the many hotels we have stayed in. I don't know what they use on their linens but it must have been harsh. The hotel is extremely small and narrow and... More

Stayed here 2 nights on 12/27 and 12/28 for some post-Christmas fun. Paid $139 per nite. "uptown" midtown or Times sq would have paid close to $300 per night. $2.75 subway rides, via the 2 or 3 train tool all of 20 mins from penn station, 23 mins to times sq, 27 mins to central park via the 6 train..Great... This hotel is small and a little old but provides a quit place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The hotel offers "free" breakfast but in reality it is a $20/room voucher. The good thing is the restaurant offers a full breakfast menu. The gym/fitness area is small and only has the basic machines. The... More
