I traveled to NYC on Jan. 21 with my three nephews for an Art and Museums weekend and we stayed at this hotel. Rooms were clean, and not so small for New York standards, bathroom spacious and clean too. The lobby is very very small and lacks personality, but I have to admit that the front desk associate, named Kelvin... More

The room was relatively small but clean and the bed was comfy. Excellent shower and awesome pillows. Staff were overall really great and very friendly. My only criticism is there was no fridge in the room Would definitely stay again

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning (around 4.30am) after a night flight and asked the Duty Manager if we could store our bags while we waited for check in. We had planned to find an open cafe for a coffee but to our delight, the Duty Manager very kindly allowed us to check in which was... More

We should known better than to book this hotel when it was required to prepay for the entire stay in advance, but we had no other choice. Finding a room with 2 beds were nearly impossible for a very last minute Christmas vacation to NYC. We've never ever seen a hotel room so small and bathroom smelling of dirty rag... More

I have no idea why this was so cheap but it was. It was close to where I needed to be too. So I was very happy. The room was small and the bathroom smaller. But fine. Bed was comfortable. It was convenient for the subway from Kennedy. Would definitely visit NYC more often if I could get his rate... More

I like to think I'm frugal. My girlfriend would probably say "cheap" is a better description! What can I say, I like getting a good deal. That said, I've subjected her to some rather forgettable hotel experiences in the past. She's a great sport though, thankfully! So when booking our stay in NYC for this past weekend, I found a... This is a very well ran hotel in a perfect location. The staff is very attentive and the manager was very helpful I will definitely book here again. Just a nice cozy place. No bad experience. Rooms also clean. The restaurant on site has a pretty good menu and convenient for breakfast.

Kevin G, Thank you for your comments. We also think our hotel is very cozy placed in NYC downtown. With our restaurant attached to the hotel it does make it for a convenient place to get a drink before going out or having a quick breakfast. We do hope you come back and visit soon! Kyle R. This hotel will not go down in your memory bank as a great hotel, but is is clean and comfortable. Overall I would give it 3 1/2 stars. The room may be considered a bit drab by some hotel standards, but neither does Lonely Planet list it as one of the "must see" sights. I had a room with 2... More

The service was good. We stayed in a small 2 x double bedroom for 4 people which was cramped but perfectly fine for a one night stay and good value for money. The only minor thing was that after the first shower the bathroom got steamy the imprint of a written message from what we assumed was the previous guests... More

I Stayed here with my brother for a week. We had executive king rooms in 16. and 12. floors. We were happy with our rooms, there were enough space and all the things we needed. The building is really narrow so there are only five rooms per floor, but it didn’t bother us. The location of the hotel is excellent,... More
